I love that there was plenty of free parking located in a lot in back of the spa. I did not have far to park or had to stress about parking meters, etc. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the doors. The waiting area was warm and cozy. The receptionist was very friendly. I came her to treat myself to a massage on my birthday. I had a 90 minute hot stone massage. I had an awesome experience at Del Soul Spa. I had it bookmarked for quite some time and finally decided to schedule some self-care. Beware, although the online booking system is easy to use, slots book up fast! Even though I booked about two weeks in advance, I could still only schedule a facial even though I wanted to do more! Lesson learned and as soon as I left, I booked my next facial and massage for a month and a few weeks out. This is because I like going to the spa on Saturdays; weekdays seemed to be more available. I immediately received a friendly greeting from a nice woman at the front desk who offered me an array of drink choices, to which I chose a mimosa! I knew it would be good from there. I had an awesome Hydra Facial with Chrystal. Even though this type of facial has less massage, it was still very relaxing, even with the sound of the machine and the sucking nature of the procedure. Got my first Hydrafacial there and it was an excellent experience! The Spa is located in Newington Market place and was super easy to find. My gps had me arrive to the front door aka I had to go around the block for parking as the parking is in the back of the building. The website may mention this but I didn't review the parking situation​ until I was at the front door! There is plenty of parking in the​ back of the building. The atmosphere of the spa is super laid back, it was like I was walking into my friend's​ house to hang out. Heather greeted me when I walked in and was informative on what paperwork​ I​ was filling out before my treatment. She also performed my Hydrafacial and was very nice and explained each of the steps! I highly recommend Del Soul Spa if you're looking to pamper yourself (or someone you love)! I've been twice and have had the Fresh Faced CBD facial, Icy Hot facial, Everything but they Farmhouse Sink massage, and the 24/Heave body treatment. All of the staff have been incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because of the CBD facial. While my skin was glowing and soft afterwards, I thought $90 was a bit steep for what the facial included. It would be better as an add on to a massage or body treatment. Few things to know: - there's a TON of free parking in the back. It's part of the Newington town lot - you can pay with a credit card and put your tip on it. If you have multiple services with different staff, you can let the person know how much of the tip goes to each person. - booking is really easy online! This place is adorable! I came here yesterday with a gift card from my friends. I booked an appointment for the "Pearly Gates" package. The package includes a 75 minute massage, 60 minute facial, and 45 minute pedicure. The total was $230. When I first walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly lady. She offered me a drink (mimosa, wine, coffee, tea, water). I loved the homey feel about the place. I haven't found anything else in the area quite like it. They have a huge list of services as well. I particularly loved the comfy couches you can sit on while you wait between services. All of the services were beyond awesome! I felt completely relaxed and all the stress in my muscles just melted away. I have one complaint, and I'm honestly a little uncomfortable mentioning it because I'm not angry nor upset about it; however, I always feel like I have to be completely honest in my reviews. I arrived at 11:15 for my 11:30 appointment. I think we started around 11:25. I'm not sure the exact start time, but the massage and facial were back to back. When both were done and I looked at the clock, it was 1:12. Then, I was done with my pedicure before 2. Like I said, I really hate even mentioning this, but we're talking about at least a half hour less than I paid for. I don't think that it was at all intentional, everyone was so incredibly nice and attentive. Not sure if maybe the therapist thought I booked something different from what I did, or if there was some miscommunication...but unfortunately, when you're paying literally by the minute, it's kind of important to keep an eye on the time. The energy was so relaxing and the staff were beyond friendly. The woman at the front desk has such a therapeutic aura we were relaxed even before we got to our rooms. Being 7 months pregnant, I didn't think I could last very long on the massage table but Kristen my masseuse was very calming and gentle during my prenatal massage. I even dozed off a bit. Went to del soul spa for a friends event and it was great overall! The only thing I had an issue with was my nails, there were a bunch of us to get through and I felt like the nails were rushed. My gel nails did not come out well and had bubbles in them. The color was supposed to be lavender but now almost look a shade of green or grey, it's very ugly looking. I also didn't get the hand massage let because she was pressed for time which stinks because I spent A LOT of money on the services. The massage I got was really wonderful though! I just would not suggest getting your nails done here, I don't think it's their strong point as a spa. This place is a hidden gem that I had driven by many times before but never realized was there! The waiting room has a cute farmhouse vibe, and we were offered our choice of beverage (including wine or mimosas) upon arrival, which is a great touch. I had a hot stone massage and the ageless beauty facial. Both services were very nice and relaxing, and my skin is still glowing from the facial 3 days later. My aesthetician modified the facial to better suit my skin care needs as well, which was really great. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 though because there was a mixup in our appointments. I had actually booked the 24 heaven body treatment, but didn't remember that until I was almost sent to receive the icy hot facial as the second half of the Fire and Ice package, which both of my friends had booked, but I knew I had not. When I finished my massage, my therapist said I just had to go across the hall, so I put a robe on instead of my clothes. However, when I left the room the aesthetician was still making up the bed, so she sent me back out to the waiting room in the robe!
