Absolutely delicious! We were driving through town and so glad we stopped for breakfast. You have to stop by here! Fresh pastries, croissants, bread, cinnamon rolls and coffees. We got the chocolate croissants, cheese danish with fruit and ham and cheese croissants and they were all amazing. Stopped in for the first time today on our way back home and was delighted to see all the sourdough options. We snagged the only jalapeño cheese sourdough loaf and a couple pretzels... I made the mistake of tasting the loaf it almost immediately when we got in the car and have now devoured half the loaf. The sourdough itself is amazing and there is a generous amount of jalapeños and cheese. I only wish we lived closer and could stop by regularly! The service was great, quick and friendly. They also have an espresso menu. I haven't tried any pretzels yet but I'm sure they won't disappoint. The pastries, cookies, and take and bake options looked incredible as well. What an incredible addition to downtown Fort Collins! I believe they just celebrated their 2 year anniversary but I only recently discovered them. Their roasted garlic sourdough is the best $8 I have spent in a while. A homemade pot of soup now feels incomplete without a loaf of their fresh, crusty sourdough. I hear their other baked goods and quiches are also delicious. And it always feels good to support a family-owned business! read more

Love their bread and bakery. I used to bake my own sourdough bread until my surgeries this year. Then we looked for a sourdough baker and found this little gem. Don't think I will be baking much of my own sourdough bread anymore. Their prices are not bad either for their wonderful bread. Great cinnamon rolls and chocolate croissants. The cinamon bread not so much. Rolled too loose and fell apart and worst is they put sugar and cinamon and sugar all over the outside so it is sticky and makes a huge mess on your hands. Should skip outside and add more to inside. If you are in the mood to experiment, with very little risk and a great chance of a culinary swoon, try their cruffin which is a filled pastry made of croissant dough. The filling changes from time to time. I can vouch for the two fillings I have eaten, the plain pastry cream and the pastry cream with praline.
