I've been somewhat on a birria kick of late, so this was a great opportunity to try out their #1 "Three Tacos Birria". Found a nearby table and went to town. Oh my, these are delicious. The best way I can describe a birria taco, is as if Mexicans had invented the French Dip. Meat and cheese-stuffed, fried up, and then served with a side of consomme to dip it in. Meat was flavorful, tortilla shell perfectly infused with flavor and yet still delightfully crispy. The dipping soup was bold---I found myself taking a few sips after I had eaten everything.
