We were without maintenance for weeks I all had to snake my own kitchen sink because I had stagnant water just sitting for weeks because no maintenance. I got pictures too. Shauna, the main property/office manager is completely unprofessional. She is rude, rolls her eyes, tells you to shut your mouth and listen to her. She also allowed me to look through every resident that receives OHA section 8, personal info I saw all of their phone numbers exact addresses, social security numbers as well as how much OHA pays of each person rents. That's a big nono and her former office assistant was in the office when it happened as well. The apts are like the crack house in the neighborhood, run down siding just falling off and left to lay on the property for weeks even months. Shauna thought it would be a good idea to replace the parking lot which was not bad at all instead of replacing the roof on the garages,which desperately needed it. One of the reasons I moved there was for the pool it was never filled, ever. I have had other tenants say it hasn't been filled in years. My upstairs neighbor kicked my dog in the face and got bit I saw it I got it on video shortly after she bought a brand new chrysler. The humane society saw the video did not remove my dog and I stead of Shauna reaching out to investigate she automatically slaps a 14 day notice to get rid of my dog whom is legally an emotional support animal signed off by my doctor. Then when I approached her about the 14 day notice that was out there on my daughter's birthday no less. She became angry and enraged rolled her eyes and was threatening me. Then when I brought up her allowing me to look through the OHA paperwork she blatantly lied to my face and said she would never. Fast forward because of that incident she then slapped a 14 day vacate for everyone in my household which is illegal. I then turned to my caseworker and several hours later I had a legal 30 day vacate before they evicted. The neighbor who attacked my dog still lives there. And whatever you do for the love of God do not move to these apartments you are not allowed to even smoke a vape on your balcony and there are Methican Americans or tweakers everywhere your car will get broken into it is just not a safe place all the way around! I wish there was a way to attach pictures to this so you can see for yourself! Also the last day I was moving I had to ask Shauna a question when I finally got her attention she literally looked at me and said what very rudely in front of other staff. I'm not sure how she even got that job in the first place. Shauna and that moline management need to be investigated. I have also filed a complaint with the fair housing act! This place is garbage!!!

I leave for work at 7:00am, and it was always clear by the time I had to go to work - quick maintenance response time - new, modern amenities - management tries their best to build community (e.g. weekly food trucks) - regular cleaning of common spaces - very friendly staff who learn your name right away The one downfall is the parking situation. Legally they can't tell is if there are kids but No is very different than "we can't tell you". The 3 gorillas make out lives miserable and the office won't help. I even contacted the company and they said we could move apartments but we would have to pay all the OPPD, MUD, COX, and moving costs so it wasn't worth it. That's about $200. When we moved in there was abrown substance leaking from the frig I cleaned up. It smells really bad. A window was broken. We were missing window screens and carpet was pulling up. We were not happy. Also they gave us paperwork about moving in fees which was hard to figure out since the office person could not explain it well. So we were surprised about some stuff. When we were in the office after moving in another couple was confused as well and going through the same struggle to figure out what fees were needed. Our lovely neighbors like to play in the dirt and then sweep in down to our deck so we can't keep anything really on the deck because it gets covered with soil. We told the office but they can't do anything. The lake is nice if you like being woken at 5am by ducks and geese. The air conditioning and heat are SO LOUD. We have to turn up the tv and yell at eachother when it's on. The air intake is right in the living room and it's deafening. I don't recommend this place at all. It's run down and not well maintained. The pool and workout area are under construction and have been since we moved in. We have now been here for 6 months and the fire alarm for the entire building has falsely gone off 4 times! It of course is deafening but when its a false alarm it serves only as a complete disruption and headache.
