Their buyer(s) or supplier(s) must think our demographic sucks. You used to be able to find some pretty good deals on high quality stuff, but not so much anymore. Now it's not to say that you can't find the odd cool item or two, but it's not consistent. Their shoes and clothing department are a joke and you almost want to ask why bother bringing this crap in here. I guess there are enough people who are not discriminating when it comes these items. I used to love their selection of discount luxury bedding, but lately it's been woefully inadequate. Sometimes I see a cool furniture piece or two, but nothing amazing, and certainly not worth the prices they are asking for something unspectacular. They carry a wide array of garden junk. If your into that sort of clutter in your yard then be sure to check out their aisle or two of it. The staff have always been relatively friendly to me so I can't complain. I have yet to go in there and be excited about an incredible find. Maybe my expectations are too high. Hopefully that will change as Conroe grows and our demographics improve.

They also had a sale on shampoo and the sale was advertised as Redkin shampoo & conditioner 2 for $34 regular $50. They had the shampoo on the rack right in front of the register with a large sign in front of them, but the shampoo that by the sign was not the right size. The shampoo by the sign were the large bottles and were regularly $50/each. They had to page the manager over the salon to the front to find out what the sale was actually advertising. He said that the size of the bottles being advertised were in the back in the salon, but he did go and get them for me. I am not sure why they put that sign in front of the wrong sized bottles. I don't know if they were intentionally being deceptive or if it was an honest mistake. It was kind of annoying either way because it caused me to have to spend a long time in the checkout line, and there was alot of confusion. However I did find a good deal on 2 shirts for myself in the clearance section and my daughter found several shirts that she liked, and I did get the shampoo for a discounted price, so overall it was a good shopping trip, I just wish they had been a little more straightforward about what was actually being advertised with the shampoo/conditioner.
