My breakfast sandwich was wrong on the third day because it wasn't typed in correctly, so I was then changed wrong as well. Inside store front is more polite and apologetic, but again- they seem shorter staffed than drivethru and are trying their best to do everything. Today I went back through the drivethru (lazy I know with my kids in the car in the rain). AGAIN, they did not type in my order as I ordered it. Just trying to rush me through my order. When I got to the window they then told me my total and I paid. Surprise! They didn't type in my small chocolate milk, and I had to pay separately for it. Not been too impressed with Tim Hortons recently. They've forgotten my tea on my order, and when I mentioned it at the window I was given a smile and told to have a good day. Enjoy the potential service you may get at this Tim Hortons. It's unfortunate, there are a few staff there that make it okay but overall it's been subpar the last few months.

They said they'd take care of the bill. I assumed they'd cover my guest as well. I was still in shock, so I didn't check my receipt. I just was my credit card receipt, and they only reimbursed my meal - I guess that's right since I didn't eat it all. They did give me 3 cookies and they were delicious. My body turned those to liquid for later evacuation. We are suffering from a serious service problem and a severe lack of resolution. I really need to learn to make a bigger fuss. It's too bad that a more vocal person that me would have gotten more out of this. Terribly embarrassing. As a regular customer I also stop by for a coffee or tea whenever I visit Cobourg; however today I was very disappointed by the unfriendly customer service. Today I was downtown shopping in -20C weather and left my cellphone at home by accident, I did not take my vehicle and really needed to make an immediate phone call. I asked the barista to use the phone and she stated that the shop did not have a phone. I then ordered a latte and politely asked how the coffee shop receives phone calls from customers. She stated that the phone belonged to the owner. I then asked her to ask him to borrow his phone. I heard him say a flat out no (she returned with the excuse that he did not have his phone)- not only was this a blatant lie but was a great inconvenience to me. ...great way to help customers in freezing weather.
