I got the chicken parmesan and it came out hot. The flat bread surprisingly was pretty good and had a nice crunch to it. The marinara sauce added great flavour to the pizza and the cheese melted perfectly. The slow cooked chicken was just okay, but did go well with the pizza. Service-wise, I didn't really have any issues as my interaction with them was limited. It was easy to retrieve my order as they called out my name, went to the Pick Up area and told them my name. Through my quick observation, it does seem like there are regulars that the workers knew, so the interaction seemed friendly. Overall, the flow seemed pretty smooth and they certainly are doing their best to get the line moving as quick as possible while fulfilling the correct order. Overall, the low rating doesn't justify the positive experience I had.

All the skill and flavor of some of the finest third wave coffee shops anywhere in the world, but without the sterility and over designed interior that comes along with that style of coffee place.
