This studio has changed my life since starting in January. I never liked working out and never knew…read morewhat to do and lacked some serious motivation. The classes are easy to follow and the trainers are encouraging and will push you to do your best, but also teach modifications and will answer any questions you have. Some classes (mainly the ones that are members + wellness works) get pretty crowded, but 90% of classes I go to aren't crazy crowded so I feel like I've gotten to know other regulars and a handful of the trainers too which has definitely been a fun experience with lots of community! I leave drenched in sweat every day and have been loving the changes this gym has helped me make! Lindsay, the owner, has been so helpful to me with every question I have (from nutrition questions to how to sign up for classes, she's a great resource and so kind!) The prices are definitely reasonable, I have the silver student membership which you pre-pay for at the beginning of the semester which I liked because I don't have to worry about monthly fees. Also, they do lots of fun challenges where you can win things like free months, they offer a few yearly scholarships, and throw occasional specials out, so there's something for everyone and it's worth every penny in my opinion, especially if you do classes most days and utilize their wide variety of class options.

The overall atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming from the moment you walk in. There are three treadmills, one elliptical, and on stationary bike for cardio - you can come by any time the studio is open and use the equipment. Three small training rooms are available for individual training, as well as a larger room for various classes (yoga, zumba,...) The trainers all appear friendly and knowledgeable - I have first hand experience with my own trainer as well as the owner, Terri, of both their knowledge, support of their clients achieving their personal goals, and caring for them as people (and not just clients). It all makes for an experience where I *want* to work-out (as opposed to "should" or "have to").
