Olivet Cemetery and the Wasatch Mountains. The atmosphere is friendly and I have made wonderful friends. When I requested a new set of Vertical blinds, maintainence installed them the next day. The building is structurally sound, and the non-profit board of Trustees and on-site management follows plans to keep infrastructure updated and in good repair. I recommend Friendship Manor to anyone over 62 or disabled who wants independent living in a friendly, affordable, smoke-free environment.

A month passes, we don't hear anything after several calls (nobody answers or returns messages). After finally reaching a human, we were informed that my daughter DID NOT get a room after all, and that we would be refunded our deposit. 1. I am pretty sure this is an illegal practice. You can't take deposits on rooms you don't have for rent. 2. It has been 3 months, and after speaking with the manager TYLER HUNSAKER , I got him to send emails to the "corporate office" and CC me because "he can't cut checks". 2 weeks, no email responses on that thread, no check. Our next move is district attorney. Avoid this place unless you enjoy stonewalling and double speak nonsense.

We also arrived to a construction site on the front deck, they were removing a pool and adding a turf patio to grill on. Over 6 months after the promised completion date we tried to host a small gathering on the lawn and was quickly told by the land lord we were not allowed to be out there with our chairs and small tables because "they were adding furniture soon." Our power cut out honestly 1-2 times per day and would happen for no reason, just go and flip the circuit breaker and hope it wouldn't happen again. I was throughly dissatisfied with the management (more specifically the landlord) who was not helpful the entire time we were living there. TLDR DONT MOVE IN HERE

The buildings are older, but well managed and it felt like a newer place. My apartment was cozy and everything was nice and looked like new. Joel is awesome and keeps an eye on everything. It's a great atmosphere, and a great location for U of U students. If I ever come back to SLC to live, I know where I'll be looking.

I loved living there, the view is amazing and the units are well kept even though they're old. The water pressure was amazing. My main complaint was the lack of temperature control. It's super hot in the summer (even with window a.c units) and it's super cold and drafty in the winter. My unit had those old radiator things but they didn't do much. Joel, the maintenance guy, is super nice and he always was able to get to my maintenance requests in a timely manner. So, other than the temp control, it was a great place to live.

Spoke to a super friendly lady named Kimberly and she not only referred me to another property but arranged for me to speak to the property manager. Overall, got great service from Kimberly and am happy we connected.
