From my very first appointment, I was impressed. Her salon suite was clean, organized, and welcoming. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process, aftercare, and what to expect, and even checked in the next day to see how my tan had developed. Together we decided to go a shade darker for the wedding. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of the incredible care Sara showed the day before I left for my destination wedding. In the middle of all the wedding chaos, I completely forgot the loose outfit I had planned to wear home after my spray tan. Sara was concerned my clothing would leave marks, so she kindly let me borrow one of her robes. Then we realized it was pouring rain and wasn't stopping anytime soon. What happened next is something I'll never forget. Sara gathered towels, covered my feet, and when she realized my car wasn't nearby, she personally went out into the pouring rain, brought my car up to the covered entrance, wiped down the wet seat, and helped me get inside without a single drop of water touching my fresh tan. By the end, she was completely soaked herself. I've honestly never experienced customer service like that before. Sara wasn't just providing a service--she genuinely cared about me, my wedding, and making sure everything turned out perfectly.
