The entire place is always spotless, from the front desk to the floors and beds, and the staff is full of some of the most helpful people you could ever meet. All of them are nice, professional and knowledgeable. Whoever does the hiring and training does an exceptional job, especially when they hired Maddie and Zayna. Loved the care and attention to the young ladies at reception tonight; the location is tucked in a very busy plaza but the music, decoration and vibes were lovely, I was very relaxed tonight and delightfully entertained for two hours just relaxing . They have a policy where you can use any of their locations which was a treat as my home is almost an hour away. Additionally just enjoying the newer variations of the spa beds was my favorite part of the experience. Come check them out , give yourself a pampering. The payment option is like a gym however you can freeze your account instead of cancelling where the monthly Is drastically different instead of cancelling and re- submitting.
