Its hard to know where to begin with Jon and Brittany, so I will just go chronological in hopes of catching their greatness. We called Jon on the recommendation of another friend who had a tremendous experience with them. Something for which we have been grateful for months. At closing Brittany was there with us even helping us with some last minute needs for the loan so my wife could feed our 3 week old. Put simply Brooks Group was there for us. When we needed them and constantly making the whole experience one that felt exciting rather than a series of challenges. If something was needed or we had a concern they were on it rapidly and professionally. More than that they kept us engaged with the process of a part of our team, and we always felt like they had our best interests at the forefront of their mind. End of last year my husband and I decided to sell our house to buy another house for our growing family. This was my first time buying a house and as a young, single, teacher, and foster mom with no family in the area, I felt like I had gained a second family throughout this experience! We were first time home buyers and also lived out of town- so when we decided that purchasing a home was the right choice, we were a little nervous about how the process would go! Living out of town in such a hot market, we noticed that the homes in the areas we wanted to be were going within 24 hours.
