After a short wait I was given my dinner and headed back to mine. Now this is a kebab made with love. It's smaller than your usual kebab but the pita bread was so soft and warm, the lamb cooked perfectly, the tatziki was so creamy and garlicky and I could taste hints of lemon as I ate. Added to that was some tomato and onion. I do think the lamb could have done with a bit more salt and overall more onion (that's just my preference) but given the late hour, I was so impressed at the way this kebab was lovingly made.
