Most recently a container was dropped off and put right outside my slider door that goes from the kitchen and dining area to the patio. First I had to deal with a wasp nest that was on the outside of the container on the side closest to our door. Then, after requesting that my landlord have it moved to a different location on the one acre lot, I came home at 6:30 one evening to find that the container was gone but that everything in the container was dumped onto the lawn. Including my neighbors busted patio furniture that my landlord told the neighbors they could dump in the container right outside my patio. I don't know if the trash from the container was left on my yard at my landlords urging, out of spite, or if AAA made that decision on their own. Either way, incredibly frustrating, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

Being able to communicate via email, and getting all my many questions answered quickly, was a huge advantage over other companies I contacted. Jim was running slightly late at his previous job, but called me ahead of time to let me know, which I appreciated. And I surely put him in the exact same position with his next client, as I kept adding things beyond what we originally discussed I wanted removed once he was here, including a queen sized mattress/boxspring and a heavy bureau. And at the end of the job, Jim asked for the exact same payment he had originally quoted, which was slightly less than the other quote I received from a competitor (we decided to add on ourselves, but it was a generous offer).
