The kimbap was also delicious and was restaurant quality for less than restaurant prices. Unlike the Central Square location, this HMart does not have a Paris Baguette inside or a seating area in the front, so you'll need to take your grab-and-go items somewhere else to eat. The variety of items was about the same though, with premade korean foods, premade sushi and sashimi, and many aisles of Asian frozen foods, produce, and packaged foods. We realized we didn't need a super sized supermarket to do our food shopping for two, and this place has it all. Can't say enough about the staff. All the platters looked fabulous. The sandwiches were actually stuffed with meat and cheese and vegetables. As for the fruit and the veggies, the platter with super fresh. I think I found my new place to go for inexpensive big platters. They're worth every penny. The great thing about being at Stop & Shop picking up these platters we also were able to get a bunch of sodas, plates, plastic knives, and forks, etc. one stop shopping. As with All stopping shops, they have a large parking lot so parking is not a problem. I'm not sure of the cleanliness of the store as I did not enter. They were ordered on the phone and others picked up the platters. But all the Stop & Shop that I have gone in uphold a supermarket cleanliness. This is why it's hard for a customer to trust your app. These issues have persisted for over a year, resulting in orders being delivered to the wrong addresses. When I have contacted the store for assistance, staff have not taken responsibility or provided effective support, which is frustrating given the time invested in shopping. The process of using Uber and DoorDash for delivery is inefficient, often requiring customers to cancel and restart their orders, which is inconvenient and reflects poorly on the company. Star Market should address the app's technical issues, enhance customer service and delivery processes, and ensure customers receive timely support when problems occur. Additionally, policies with third-party delivery services like Uber and DoorDash should be revised to provide greater flexibility for shoppers.
