It's not blended at all and it just looks like I have extremely grown out roots. She also refused to give me bangs, which I don't understand like it's my hair. I have no idea how I'm going to fix this as I absolutely love my platinum blonde and I don't know if I'll be able to get it back after this mishap. I also feel I was over charged as this whole thing cost 220$. I got in the car and cried all night. I've never had such a bad experience. I'm calling today to let them know I'm really unhappy. And not only did she say that, but she delivered! 20 minutes later, I sat in her chair and got my face all cleaned up... Jillian was super sweet and did an excellent job doing some maintenance on my brows and cleaning up my lip. I'd go so far as saying she is meticulous in a good way. She even has this wonderful soft hand pillow that she uses so that her hand is not constantly rubbing up against your face as she works. I'd never experienced that before and I loved it. I left TBS feeling like a new woman! If I lived in Calgary, I'd likely be a loyal customer of TBS / Jillian. She must be doing something right as she's been working there for almost 10 years!
