Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy. I've never asked them to fix anything that they didn't jump on my request right away. They are honest in their dealings with tenants, and make everything easy for smooth move-in's.
