I've been a customer of Vape N Juice from 2017 to 2019 (Loves Park location) before I moved and…read morerecently started shopping there again. I purchased a new vape there last week that was giving me headaches and must have been defective (used multiple coils and juices all with the same effect) I called a couple days ago and was told by someone I could return the vape for an exchange. When I purchased it I was also told I had 14 days to return. When I go there today some woman who claims she is a manager (later found out her name is Laura) basically accuses me of lying and saying that vapes cannot give people headaches and refused to do any sort of refund or even exchange, she even doubted that one of her employees would agree to one (which two verbally did at the time of purchase and over the phone later that week). As a customer I've never been talked down to like that by an employee of any business much less someone who claims to be a manager. After years of business with Vape N Juice I will NEVER shop there again and threw out my new vape and coils on the spot in front of her. I'm out over a hundred dollars for the defective vape but I am more than understanding if they don't have a return policy, it's how she speaks to customers that is appalling. If she were my employee and I found out she spoke to a customer like that I'd fire her on the spot.
