I unfortunately will not be shopping at Lyfe any longer after OVER A YEAR of shopping here. I was given several VALID coupons on the back of my receipt for 50% off my products. I have been denied because of the most petty reasons, first its because the receipt is short and half the coupon is chopped off, then I was told to just make sure I ask for the full receipt so the coupon is visible. Even after doing this and getting a new receipt withy the full coupon, I was denied because the receipt was blank but the coupon was valid. After explaining that I was given a short receipt so I had them print a new one, and presenting the receipts, I wan denied. This made me feel like an UNVALUED CUSTOMER! I shop here WEEKLY! To be treated like this on several occasions is so rude to me. There are several other dispensaries who HONOR their customers. read more

I have gone here several times, and all the employees are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They listen carefully to my specific medical needs and help me to choose the right products. I have been a cannabis userfor like 3 life times...lol as well as dispensary shopper for the better part of 7 years now . I have dealt with many dispensarys and have bought close too around 100k worth of product from those different dipensarys over the years . I just wanted too say that the staff at LYFE dispensary in Rockford Il as well as the owner have sure made it a point of customer service quality !!!! I am not some bullshit add dude affiliated with them writing a reveiw on there behalf becuase I have intrest or gain even in doing so. I just wanted too let everyone know in Rockford Illinois that the prices are including tax out the door and more over the staff at that particul;ar dispensary in Rockford Illinois are a level above anything I have ever dealt with here or in other states for that matter... super freindly and very helpfull thats why if anyone ask me where too go I will be telling them Lyfe dispo on the EastSide ...
