Furthermore, the absenteeism of any qualified management only serves to perpetuate these issues at hand, resulting in a loose code of conduct and a complete lack of breakdown in communication not to mention, harming overall company productivity and affecting any remaining company culture. Indicating that "my neighbor" purchase their service when they did not is a tactic, they seemed to use often as reported by said neighbors. The work done was minimal and the service work done during the winter months was even worse. Finally, we moved homes and the company billed me for the last of four service calls even though I told their service tech on the third called that we were moving and no longer needed this service. He said he would notify the front office, and the contract would be closed out. Based on the customer service call I had today my guess is many people call to cancel and are confronted with curt representatives. Most likely they too are frustrated which comes across in their level of customer service. You should go find a job you'd be happy with. To any potential consumer save yourself the trouble of dealing with a frustrating company and do your bug control as a DIY project or contact a truly local company to perform the service. Do not WASTE your TIME or your MONEY like I did with FENIX Pest Control. THEY are the pests you want eradicated. I contacted them to treat a rental property for Bed Bugs, they said they could take care of it and I was told that their work was guaranteed. Two different times they assured me the problem had been taken care of and that it was OK to move in new tenants. Both times the new tenants moved in and quickly reported that they were having issues with Bed Bugs. I contacted the service technician who told me that I would have to pay an additional $700 for additional treatments. Disappointed that the guarantee was not being honored I asked for his supervisors information. The supervisor did not answer or respond to my phone calls, he finally did send a text passing me off to his regional manager. The regional manager never responded to my multiple attempts to contact him. In addition to not fixing the Bug Bed problem they also caused damage to my laminate wood flooring by spraying excessive amounts of what I believe to be very watered down chemicals on the laminate flooring. I entered the unit hours after treatment to still find standing liquid throughout and the edges of the flooring warped. This company has cost me thousands of dollars and damage to my reputation.
