We texted, we sent e-mails. Nothing. It was not easy to hire a new company after all that time, but someone we know, who is very picky, said this company was the best. We called at about 10:30 and had someone at the house by 4:30. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and spent an hour going over our house inside and out. Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. Two small things to take note. 1.What they use is safe for pets and humans but both my husband and one of my dogs did have a slight reaction to the treatment. 2. They are not cheap. But I guess you get what you paid form Glad we made the switch. Plan on staying with them for a very long time.

We used Reynolds in 2012 for termite protection -- they apparently no longer do the Termidor treatment -- and at that time I was very impressed with the thoroughness of this labor-intensive installation of termite control.
