I am so happy I went with Hitman Pest Control! Mike was my exterminator today and he was just awesome. He took his time to explain things to me regarding some issues with bugs I was having and he also went into detail about the chemicals so I felt safe with it around my daughter and my dog. He took his time spraying and baiting, got his hands dirty. Mike's customer service was great and I thank him for going above and beyond the normal "pest control duties". I love this company. They are scheduled to come to my house on Friday but I had a problem. Mike Gonzalez came today and took care of my problem. They will still be back on Friday for my regular service. Mike is great, he's efficient and he's kind. I have been with Ian, the owner since I moved here 8 years ago and wouldn't dream of changing. We have been with Hitman since last fall and have been very happy with our service from John whether it's the quarterly treatment or a recent infestation of german cockroaches. John responded quickly and suggested we do spot treatment rather than the comprehensive treatment that would be much more complicated for us and more expensive. He said if spot treatment didn't work, we would try the other option. Well, it worked and we are so grateful for the company and our tech, John. He also gave us tips for keeping our home pest free. Choosing a pest control company is never easy. Especially when you are not from the area and can only rely on positive reviews online and friendly recommendations. Though we were blessed to never have any pest issues, we thought it was about time to get on a bi-monthly service plan with a local company to keep any potential critters out of the house. I called Hitman and spoke to Ian and a couple days later Gary came out to our home. Poor Gary--- when he came to the house my entire family was here visiting with the baby. He did an amazing job maneuvering around all the people and describing the product he was spraying inside and outside of the home. He even checked our attic for signs of rodents! Being that our attic space is on the second floor and he had to carry a ladder up the stairs, this was a BIG Deal to me and no easy task. My extended family enjoyed meeting Gary and my grandmother asked for his business card so he could spray her home. Gary came back out a week or so later because I spotted tiny black ants in the kitchen. He did warn me that sometimes after the initial treatment, I could see an increase in bugs. He sprayed the area at no charge and went on his way. Overall, I am very pleased with the professionalism of this company! read more

I recently had a service with this company and from the moment I called requesting information about their service the gentlemen I spoke to was very professional and thorough, he explained to me everything that needed to be done to get rid of my issue. Happened to be I was speaking to the owner of the company. Its not all the time that one can say they call a company and speak directly to the owner. So that made me feel a little more secure on my decision on going forward with the service.
