This is the best auto body work experience I've ever had. Rick is an absolute professional in his field and loves his job! I had front license plate removed from my car and there were holes from the screws plus scratches. My 'new' 20 year old convertible had some damage and paint issues when I purchased it, thought I could make a pandemic project out of it... So I ordered some oem-code spray paint online along with some other supplies. Well, you guessed it, I got 3/4 of the way into my patch/refinish job on the front bumper and it was clearly gonna look terrible. Apparently I can't sand, and these spray cans were just horrible. Needed someone to rescue me from this disaster if it was going to be at all presentable. Many quotation requests later, from mobile dent folks to body shops, I chose The Bumper Pros. Rick asked the most questions, reviewed the photos I provided in detail, and really tried to understand what I was trying to achieve and where I'd gotten to. He wasn't phased by the prospect of picking up where I'd left off, of color matching 20 year old metallic silver paint, and I could just sense from our conversation that he knew what he was doing. And yes, his quotation was very reasonable in comparison to others. Rick got me into his schedule within a week, and he was very good at communicating. Once he arrive we reviewed the work and he got straight into the body work sanding etc. 3 or so hours later I had a beautifully matched steel grey metallic base coat over my previously pitiful and nearly ruined front bumper cover, and then a really nice clear coat laying over that. He also did a spot fix on the rear plastic behind the passenger wheel wheel, blending it in perfectly to the existing paint/clear. All done in my driveway and garage. He mixes his own paint to match, professional paint equipment, etc. That was a week ago. Rick just came back to color-wet-sand the clear, compound and polish - all included in his original quotation. Looks fantastic - COULD NOT be happier. Now, it sucks knowing that no amount of Youtube videos are ever gonna get me good enough to do even close to what Rick does in his sleep it seems - lesson learned. But I now have a real professional I can count on for such projects in the future, no need to look elsewhere. read more

Remarkable work! We needed to do something about the 4 side bumpers on our Acura 2014 MDX; noticeable cracking and fading paint was an eyesore. I had a scratch on my back bumper that needed some work and when I called Bumper Pros, I was able to conveniently text them a picture and receive a quote. The prices are very fair for quality work! Being a full time student, working full time, and a mom, it makes it hard to have to take time out to bring my car to a shop just to get a quote and then to bring it back to get it repaired! Rick has done both of my cars, a 2013 Hyundai Genesis and a 2007 Porsche Carrera. The Genesis needed extensive work with big scratches on the fender, bumpers, and doors. He spent 9 hours at my house working his magic with sanding, polishing, and repainting. The results were amazing and the paint looks showroom quality now. The black Porsche had a ton of little rock chips. I have tried to do minor touchup on my old cars, and I promise that Rick has a much better hand and talent than you or I.
