I got into my first accident late September and also found out I was pregnant. The guy who hit me was 100% at fault, I looked around collision repair places and had a good feeling about this place I found on yelp and I was right. They had amazing customer service and fixed my car thoroughly. What the insurance people said would be a cheap and easy fix was not, they found parts of the sensor in my car broken and made sure to contact the insurance company to work things over so it was taken care of. They even called the enterprise rental car for us to take us to get our rental car. My husband went to go pick up our car today and I told him to get it washed cause it was super dusty when we dropped it off and he said they cleaned the inside and outside already so that was a pleasant surprise! Awesome workmanship! My 2025 Lexus NX350h was injured by the wind slamming a shopping cart in the front bumper area. The entire front end was taken off. My car had an argument with a pole holding up my covered carport at my condo complex, and the pole won! Off to the Collision Center I went, and got a quote from friendly owner Vigen. I got one other quote that was way over my budget from another business. I was paying cash and not reporting to my insurance. Vigen gave me a discount for cash. Car parts were repaired, not replaced. Downsides: car took longer than quoted to repair. Smudge on lens cover for headlight wasn't able to be removed. My storage containers in my backseat were emptied out all over the back seat. Not sure how they got jostled. My fault for leaving them in the car. Bottom line: car was fixed and longer repair time was explained by Anthony. The collision Center hands down is the best experience I have had with a body shop. With three kids, a wife, and the drivers in this town, I have had the unfortunate burden of having to deal with several different shops on 4 or 5 occasions. This is my second time using them and Natalie their estimator is great. This time I was rear ended while I sat at a red light by a DUI driver. Once again I went to see Natalie to get my Durango back on the road. Just like before she was very kind and took her time with me and my car. She did not hesitate to get down on her hands and knees to thoroughly check out the damage to my car, she even got on her back and scooted up under the rear bump to check. Some other places gave little care to my misfortune and even less to their assessment of damage to my car. A couple of places held a phone camera upside down and held it under the body to take a picture to do their estimate, instead of looking. Their process works great for me. They dealt directly with the insurance company for all the expenses and approvals and were ready to arrange a rental car for me if needed. I would receive calls from Natalie or Vigen keeping me informed on the progress of the repair. Their shop did a fantastic job on my car! The paint matched perfectly with old, and the body lines of my vehicle in their work area matched right up with existing so you couldn't tell it was even hit. Update, because the business fails to recognize the responsibility in the communication errors falls on them by waiting for 2 weeks to pass, until I call to confirm pick-up about 4 days in advance. Because you guys failed in claiming any responsibility, the result was a communication breakdown. Upon pick up, I never said anything about being happy about the repairs. Finally, having a man leave a voicemail from his personal number raising his voice and digging in deeper that you guys did absolutely nothing wrong inflamed the situation. Also in that voicemail AND an email, Anthony attempted to resolve the issue by twice stating the potential of helping with my deductible "even though its not our fault". Everyone but you sees the issue, ask Chris Baca because he never dealt with a business that pulled something like this. Now on top of my bad experience, you are putting lies in my mouth that I was "happy about repairs upon pickup". Not only did I not say that, I never spoke to you and only spoke transactionally with my card in hand. A simple short apology would have gone so far in this matter. For the owner to supersede Anthonys attempt at TWICE resolving is why I left this at a 1 star instead of updating. No apology, and being lied to on top of the voicemail I will post if I learn how Im not sure why you are unable to understand this review and why its going to remain at one star, My father is still going to take my car to his shop because this customer service issue has turned into much more. All they had to do was apologize for being negligent in letting my car wait around UNTIL I CALLED TO CHECK ON IT. That is not professional. Its sketchy. Strange that they would rather have a communication breakdown back and forth rather than apologize for what was a minimal matter at that time. Apologizing for not providing any update for two weeks until the customer called is not a huge request from a customer. TLDR= Shop let my car wait around until I called to confirm pickup to inform me that my insurance "never sent an approval". My insurance company has proof of the approval down to the exact second on the timestamp. Regardless, this business failed to let either myself or USAA know about this delay because both I and USAA knew it was approved on the 22nd. If they had not received it, why did they let 2 weeks pass until I called them to inform me? Finally shop responded to review choosing to continue to inflame this matter when still, an apology would go so far. **I chose this place because of how kind they were, and on top of communication. That is until they let 2 weeks pass, waiting until I called to confirm pick up to inform me they were still waiting on approval. Not once did they reach out to me or my insurance during this 2 week period to make either aware of this information. When I raised this issue, I have been verbally attacked by both the son and the father via voicemails/emails. Rebecca and Jackie are really great people, who were helping diffuse what the father and son caused. I can tell by the change in email verbiage that the women are no longer responding, but again the father or son who are both verbally abusive are responding. My father is flying out in a few weeks who is an internationally published mechanic and owns his own body shop, I will update on ANY negligence caused by this shop because they were unable to handle a complaint in a professional way. By the way, both I and my insurance agent have the proof of approval from 2 weeks ago. Liars, theifs, and I do not trust that my car is safe to drive upon pick up. read more

When I got the car back the parts received were use and didn't work. Had a accident, covered by insurance, took my car here. was told itll be ready in 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks nothing, 4 weeks I'm calling (they're still waiting on parts) finally on week 5 I pick my car up, WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON! They tell me "oh the guy forgot to turn it off, bring it Monday" fine. I go through my car and notice my 14k gold chain that was in my center is missing !!!!! (my fault for leaving it in there BUT people should be trustworthy) I call to tell them, they immediately blame the "detail guy" hmmm okay fine... my loss. I take my car Monday first to auto zone to see what the check engine light was on for before I take it back to them. Its a whole mechanical issue never fixed! so I give my car back and also I tell them about the parts they misplaced in color and also my door was making a popping sound. the manager walked me around my car and had me point everything out. I do that. I CALL A week after they have it AGAIN and they say "oh we can't fix it we're taking it to the Audi dealership". so now at this point I have to wait for them to file another claim through my insurance so my insurance can pay to get it fixed from the dealership. I've now been without my car for several weeks, almost 2 months! 2 weeks later I finally pick my car back up. it seemEd fine. now a month later, the paint is PEELING OFF what they had to repaint. my door is making a popping noise all over again. so not only am I out of my gold chain, also they did a TERRIBLE JOB!
