Excellent customer service, the ladies were nice and asked the right probing questions. The women's ages varied in ages and that's helpful, honest and genuinely a good fit for the environment. I placed my order on 11/14 and messaged them the following day to ask about their shipping/processing timeline. They got back to me quickly to let me know that online orders are processed between 2-4 days and shipments take an additional 5-7 days. Then nine days after I placed my order (on 11/23) they messaged me on instagram to let me know my purchase was out of stock and they had to ship it from the manufacturer. Three days after that (on 11/26) they emailed me to let me know my order had been cancelled because the items were defective and they won't send out defective items so they cancelled my order and sent it back to the manufacturer. I respect that choice, but I'm disappointed because I never got the items that I wanted. I wish they would've checked sooner to see if they had the items in stock. I highly suggest shopping at this boutique in person instead of ordering online.
