Located conveniently literally at the corner of Yonge and Eglinton, this burger joint fits the bill of someone who wants a burger combo prepared at fast food speed, but in the ballpark of pub food quality. With it though, you'll also have to pay on the lower end of pub food prices. I got the High Priest burger combo at The Burger's Priest. It came with two patties along with a generous portion of fries. The soft drink options also had some choices beyond the regular cola, so I ordered a cream soda. Seating inside this location was limited, but there were plenty of tables and benches outside. I came here for a late lunch around 2pm, but during typical lunch hours, I could imagine they might fill up. If I'm craving a good burger again while in the area, I'd likely return to The Burger Priest. read more

I've only ever had their burgers at this location but in my opinion, the quality, taste and service of the food is not worth the price that they are charging. They do open till midnight which serves as a late night option for food but it really just isn't worth the money unfortunately. I also had to wait quite a long time for my order, at which point, I just wanted to head home after a long night. I've tried California classic and the OG cheeseburger -- I frankly chose these options because they were the cheaper burgers. If you are by the Yonge and Eglinton area, do yourself a favor and check out the newest location of burger priest. I had never tried the burger priest brand before this but will definitely be going back! Not sure if all burger priest locations are this small but this one has limited seating. Along the wall are 4 tables, with seating wooden stools on the other side. There is also 2 stools by the window. An issue I noticed with this location is the lack of proper ventilation. The location got very smokey as they got busy and was a bit hard to breath at times, so if your sensitive to that then I suggest grabbing the food to go. We placed our order at the cashier, but it was hard to hear her since the music was so loud and she was speaking at a normal level. The food took a while to be ready, although I did notice that seemed to speed up as they got busier. It was an hour after opening so I believe they just had to get into the groove of it. After ordering you are given a plastic table number to hold on to. When they call your number you go up to the counter and then confirm your order before allowing you to take it. The guy yelling the numbers is awesome! He had a booming voice which was perfect for hearing him over the loud music .I did notice there was no wifi, you can pick up the wifi from the health food place next door but it is password protected. The food itself was top notch. I got a cheeseburger combo (cheeseburger fries and drink) and was able to add cooked onions and pickles to my cheeseburger, although the cooked onions were an extra charge. I received my order, and was so glad I paid the extra for the cooked onions. The burger was absolutely delicious!! The only thing I would change is maybe an extra pickle or two since it only came with 2 small ones. The fries were delicious, well cooked and salted. I received a very generous portion, so if you aren't bug eaters I recommend sharing. My dad got a low priest combo (premium beef patty , secret sauce, , lettuce, cheese, pickles and onions) fries and a drink, which he upgraded to a milkshake. My dad loved his meal, the only downside was that the paper straws don't hold up well against the milk shake so I recommend grabbing an extra one. Overall, good experience! Haven't had their burgers in the past couple years but do remember it being very tasty and juicy the times I have had it in their downtown locations. Unfortunately the quality wasn't on par with other locations. The bun was not toasty and warm. The beef patty was dry and lacked the juiciness that you would normally find in their burgers - i.e. dripping after each bite. The cheese was also disappointing as it wasn't melted onto the beef patty. Just a room temperature slice of cheese laid on top. They just opened a couple days ago so hopefully they will work out the cooking process. read more

I've mentioned this in my reviews of other Burger's Priest locations, but when this rapidly-expanding chain first opened up way back when, it instantly became my favorite burger joint in the city. The burgers they were serving were so simple yet so delicious, with that magnificent crust only elevating what was already a superior product. That's all changed lately, however. I've been underwhelmed by recent visits to other outposts, but I was nevertheless holding out hope that this new location - right smack dab in my 'hood, no less - would redeem the chain and become my new go-to spot for a tasty burger. No such luck. I showed up a few weeks after the joint opened and it was pretty crowded for the time (it was around 8:00 or so). I decided to order a Double Cheeseburger with everything on it and some fries, and stood over by the food preparation area to wait. (It's a tiny place.) My vantage point meant that I could see everything that was going on back there, and what I saw wasn't great. One of the people responsible for food preparation was apparently new, because she kept asking for instructions on how to complete various tasks. This meant that certain items sat around for a very long time before being given to customers, including my food. My burger was waiting to be assembled for at least five minutes, and then there was yet another wait as she had to be told how to insert the burger into its paper sleeve. I mean, if I'm paying 15 bucks for a burger and fries, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect fast service and hot food. (Both my burger and my fries were lukewarm when I got them, unsurprisingly.) Anyway, in terms of the food, I wasn't terribly impressed. Remember that delectable crust I mentioned earlier? Entirely absent on my burger. And because it had been sitting around for so long, the whole thing had essentially become mush by the time I was able to take my first bite. The fries weren't much better, because what's worse than room-temperature fries? I might return at some later date to see if they've ironed out these kinks, but it probably won't be for a while. The place & burgers are good, but I have been to better places and have sampled better burgers. Serving times here are inconsistent and varies between acceptable to too long. Dining area is limited at this location, and there is no washroom or any sort of wash area. Presentation and preparation of the burgers ordered could be better improved by the servers. read more

Service was fast much better than other Burger's Priest locations. It only took 5 minutes to get our burgers. The burgers were fine and delicious. The fries were pretty good. My only issue with this location is the limited seating. There were only 4 tables available. Would we go back? Probably as their hamburgers are the best in that area. read more

This location is a bit small, but has seating available and looks nice. Best of all it still delivers those tender bundles of happiness that the priest is known for. The NY'S Finest Taxi Service, a cheese burger loaded with a mystical G14 sauce, tomatoes and lettuce, was perfection. It was art in a bun. The Rigg's and Murtaugh Milkshake, Vanilla Ice Cream paired with Chocolate Milk, was not only different, but the perfect end to the meal. If you're not a fan of beef, they have chicken available too. If you're not a fan of meat, there's vegetarian and vegan options. There's no real excuse not to try this place. If you go at peak lunch, expect a line. It's worth the wait and there's a big smile waiting for you at the end of it. If fresh quality burgers are a religion now, sign me up. read more
