No mere mortal should even consider the process without getting the best person possible on your side. Jim helped navigate the purchase and/or sale of 3 homes in the past 25 years. Each time he made sure I was completely informed, covered, represented and protected. Nothing gets past this guy. Occasionally through the process it can be overwhelming - this is when Jim's value truly shines.
