There were always complaints that the instructions weren't clear enough, that the product was the problem, or that something couldn't be done. Working with Andrei's team was a completely different experience. They immediately understood exactly how everything was supposed to go together, followed our directions perfectly, and paid close attention to every detail. The alignment and overall finish were impeccable, and you could tell they took pride in doing the job right.
