I'd classify Matt's feedback into three buckets: incremental investments to add significant utility to my current system, fixes for complications or limitations I was experiencing, and outright corrections. This shop was the third that I took my RV to fix some fundamental issues with my solar installation, but the first that knew how to diagnose or fix the issues. When the work was done, my system was much more useable than before while also being simpler to maintain and operate--that's not usually how things go when you add functionality to a system. I came in with a rig that had huge potential for off-grid, electric living but had a dozen gremlins and major limitations to its use. I left with a rig that had vastly more utility and was less complicated to operate or maintain. If you want a solar installation done right the first time, this is the place to go. The receipt was not itemized and marked paid as required by the warranty company. When asked several times for an itemized receipt marked paid we were told he was working on it but still have not received one for the warranty company. We have asked at least 4 times for the receipt. We paid the entire bill out of our pocket and can not satisfy the warranty company until he responds with the itemized receipt.
