This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever had to work with. Every time I call they sound like…read morethey don't know what they are doing and just waste my time. I have actually lost so much money because of this bank and I hate that my school forces students to make accounts with them. I have been lied to and had to talk with a girl who had me on the phone for half an hour only to say she doesn't know what she was doing. If there was more I could do because of their mistreatment I definitely would. But I will just suggest to never bank with them.
