Todo el personal son muy amables, te tratan como en familia. En mi punto de vista todos trabajan en equipo y por eso existe la buena armonía.

    Signed up to TC while browsing on Facebook, it caught my attention so i decided to look into it as i was looking for a program or gym that would push my needs to get me back into the shape i was pre-pandemic. I contacted the camp and they scheduled me with an appointment with to Janelle to talk about what the challenge was about. We went over nutrition , class activities and what to expect within the next 6 week in a detailed timeline and i took the challenge and signed up! My first day was Monday (upper body class) and as they told me as what to expect of my body was correct! I was soo sore! I fell in love with the class and with the whole VIBE, both physically and mentally is exactly what i was looking for, so there is not doubt in my mind i will push to get the results i was looking for! Looking forward to achieving my goal in this friendly goal oriented environment

    I started with the camp in August of this year after baby number 5! My initial goal was to just get started and show a bit of consistency and I am so happy that I did! The motivation provided by the trainers, the members and even the owners is AMAZING! On my birthday this year (the end of October) I decided to take the leap and start my first six-week challenge at Chula Camp TC! I went in with a goal to lose 3% body fat, and today I finished my challenge having EXCEEDED my goal! Every day has not been easy. I've been tired and had to take days off because of sickness, but even when down, I did my best to stick with great eating habits! The camp has transformed much more than my body in the months that I've been a member...it's transformed my mind!     I love The Camp Transformation Center's 6 weeks challenges. The first time I heard about the camp was on 2018 when I first did my hard body challenge where I lost 9.1% body fat. Soon after I continued their program and became a member. However, few years past and pandemic hit, I lost track and I became unhealthy that lead to having high blood pressure... 6 weeks ago I came back to the camp to get back in shape and to continue where I left off... I was able to loss 7% body fat and it's all because of the camp's program and the people involve in it. The motivations, the help from every trainers and other challengers help me accomplish my goal. I highly recommend the camp to all that want to change for the better. In the camp you can be yourself while becoming the better version of you. It's a community with one goal, and all are willing to help you accomplish your goal. You will be sore, there will be a day where you don't want to go for a work out, but if you give your all and follow every steps. I guarantee your will love it as much as everyone else who joined the camp. I'm far from where I want to be but with camp's help I know I can accomplish my goal soon...

    I just finished a six week challenge at The Camp Transformation Center in Eastlake, and I absolutely recommend them. I went in a little apprehensive, but the kindness and support I experienced from the staff was unmatchable. Roxana, one of the Managers was so kind and really understood some of my challenges. The instructors are all very supportive and make sure that you are doing the work outs correctly so you don't injure yourself. After the 6 week challenge I lost 8 pounds and 5% body fat. To me, this was a great accomplishment and really highlights the wonderful experience I had at the camp. I can't wait to continue my workouts with them. I highly recommend!

    Well,challenge #2 is over but the journey goes on.. Here my little rap up. Back in Mid October I was feeling so depressed about my weight as usual. While approaching the holidays I knew that meant TROUBLE. I saw on face book that some friends were doing this camp thing??? I always been a 24 fitness guy.. Long story I needed some help or I was going to pass the 300 lb mark.. not a pleasant number for me, as my entire life I have been struggling with my weight. Growing up Italian all we did was eat for what ever reason.. When my Grandmother cooked that was like being in heaven...We were bought up if your happy you eat, if your sad you eat .. Just the way it was... So Mid October I walked into the Camp Transformation Center Chula Vista and Listened to there speal.. I said to myself just another membership and another get fixed fast weight loss deal!! When I walked in they told me about 3 day pass to check it out, WOW, I got my ass kicked and was sore for days. I met with the owner Matt who told me his story and accomplishments since he joined . As he said "Life Changing experience" that the camp has change his life and that he actually bought the Joint with his Partner Dave after some time . The next thing I'm doing is signing up for a 21 check us out Challenge. Well I must say the ass kicking I got for this fat guy is a understatement... THEN COMES OCTOBER 31 THE REAL DEAL. THE FIRST 20 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHANGE. I needed the help so I Joined the challenge. To my surprise I was getting used to the ass kicking and feeling stronger every day.The trainers were great with me as I am semi disabled due to back surgery. If I could not do it they would modify the station for me. ACTUALLY I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING AT 6AM ,6 DAYS A WEEK. Go figure...The inspiration from the trainers and the clients is what makes this program.. The people in the class are just down to earth regular folks trying to get healthy together. Everyone is so friendly and they are there to support you in any way possible. Now the freaking trainers!! Each one has there own style. What is amazing to me after 12 weeks 6 days a week ,we are still learning new exercises. Its never a boring work out that is for sure. The trainers are actually working out with you when there not training.. It is all in for these guys and girls. Even the people that check you in are so friendly and positive spirited. They make you feel like your at home with your family.. That is the whole feeling at the Camp, your working out with friends and family.. To say I enjoyed my Run at the Camp is an understatement.. I LOVED IT!! To date I'm down 67.4 lbs with 6.2lbs to go to be at 7th grade weight.This is a whole new world for me... I went from 44 pants to 38, 2/3 XXL shirts to now X large. What more can this X fat Pizza Caterer ask for... If you even think you cant do some thing like this just go see Matt and his team.. TRUST ME THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE.. I'm excited to start the next steps of learning to maintain and enjoy my life feeling good about myself... I DID IT.. Special thanks to: Matt and Dave the owners, The trainers , Monika Chalk TC,Vanessa Villasenor,Juan TC Nunez, Matt,Linda Turner, ,Tanasica, Janelle TC Fejeran who was my First coach that got me fired up.     Absolutely recommend this amazing place! If you are looking for fun, professional and fitness accomplishments this is your place. From the amazing staff, trainers and members this is an all around amazing and supportive place to achieve your weight loss and fitness goals. From the challenges to the fun high intensity workouts and a detailed nutrition plan you WILL accomplish your goals. I have spent the last 6 weeks pushing myself and being pushed to loose 20lbs. I exceeded that and lost a total of 27.2 lbs by FTDI (Follow The Damn Instructions). Don't wait call and schedule an appointment TODAY! Your success story is next!     Gee, I am certainly not a person to share photos of me without a shirt. However, I will for the camp. The top photos are photos are of me right before the camp. The below photos are me right after my six week challenge. I lost 22 plus pounds in 6-weeks. I have long ways to go, but I am happy who I am today, I am confident, I feel good and I am excited about the gym. I've never really worked out, never imagined to have done a challenge like this, and today I signed up to my second challenge. Quite honestly, I was embarrassed as how week I was as my first day at the camp. However, made it through. You do what you can, you know? Now, still not the strongest, but I feel comfortable and I am excited to be stronger every day. I want to thank Dave for an amazing gym and HUGE thank you to all the coaches, who help me and every person meet their goals.

    When I started the transformation camp with my wife I didn't know if I was going to be able to actually finished. However after the first week when I lost 5 pounds and from there as I was seeing how my body change I felt stronger and with more energized throughout the day. The workouts are amazing. I enjoy every trainer and their stiles. It has giving me a new way of living, I feel amazing accomplished. Each workout push my body to a healthier stage. I enjoy the community we have become. I don't have to think about what exercises I have to do that day, I just get there follow the instructions and 50 minutes later I have exercise my body to a level I didn't think I was able to. After completing the challenge I still want to continue to be sort of this amazing place. There is no better gift to myself then a health new. I will definitely encourage other to do it.

    Losing 22.3 pounds in 6 weeks was the best gift I ever gave myself! Getting healthy in 2020 has never been so sweet! This picture represents the amount of weight I've lost! it's been a long journey and lots of sacrifices this past few weeks. Especially the last 2 days because we need to go to L.A for my son's tournament. But it is worth it though Now the reality begins. I need to control what I eat now. Thank you to all the trainors specially to Camp Transpormation Gym for helping me to succeed.

    Coming home from a deployment is always difficult. Reuniting with family, reestablishing relationships, and settling into a new routine is never simple, especially coming back from the stresses overseas. I was stressed, but blessed to be back home with my wife. We set goals for ourselves to return back to our normal relationship. The first thing we both wanted to do was get back in shape. We were lazy during the pandemic, and our fitness and bodies suffered. We really needed to return back to a healthy lifestyle. The Camp brought us together in so many ways. I enjoy working out in the morning, my wife loathes it. She would rather workout in the evenings, I'd rather sit on the couch with a Scotch. We lifted each other up where the other was weak and motivated each other throughout. Meal prep, cleaning, and gym time was all done as a team. The biggest thing that the Camp did for us was force us to rely on each other and rebuild our teamwork back up once I got back home. Everything else fell into place easily. After that, the meals, workouts, and days were super easy and the results were just a reflection of the work we were putting in. The Camp is such a wonderful atmosphere of motivation and accountability, everyone cheering on their neighbor and my wife and I will be forever grateful for the changes we made there.

    Yes! We accommodate to several clients with knee and other injuries/physical limitations and we get them the results the want! Don't worry, we can help you too!

    How does the 6 week challenge work? Is there a sign-up fee?

    Yes, there's a fee associated with the challenge that you sign up for. More like a deposit. And there's an opportunity to get your deposit back should you meet your weight goal, which is discussed at intake.

    First time doing Orange Theory and I loved it. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly…read more They got me set up quick in time for the class that was to start in 20 minutes. Once I signed all the forms and created my profile, the instructor for the 10 a.m. class came out and gave me a tour of what to expect, how to move between the different workouts throughout the class, where to look for instructions and what to listen out for. She was very thorough and calmed my nerves down (I don't want to be falling behind by myself in the class!) The class that I attended was divided into 3 stations: treadmill, rowing machine and floor (with dumbbells). Each machine/space in a station is numbered, so once you're assigned a number, that's the spot in each station that you're supposed to go. There's no need to "fight" over a spot with someone else. It's really organized. The instructor, Michelle, was entertaining. She's very motivating and I found myself entertained by her laughter, which took away a little of the suffering throughout the workout. If you're a data geek, you're gonna love this. They display your heart rate throughout the class (you're given a heart rate tracker to wear during the class) and you can easily see the zones in which you're operating. I'm looking forward to having my butts kicked in the next class.

From the moment you walk in, the front desk team sets the tone by greeting you by your first name and making you feel genuinely welcome. That same personal touch carries into the studio, where the coaches take the time to get to know you and regularly call you by name during class, whether they are cheering you on, correcting form, or helping you level up your effort. I appreciate their music choices, detailed instruction, and the way they balance encouragement with just the right amount of challenge to push us past our comfort zones. The coaching team is always clear with cues, form corrections, and modifications, which makes it easy to show up, work hard, and trust the process. I especially want to recognize Coach Michelle for her fun class vibe, positive interaction with the members, and engaging coaching style. She plays some of the best workout music, with energetic tracks that give you rhythm on the tread or rower, like Lauryn Hill's "Lost Ones," and it is awesome when she sings along and keeps the whole room smiling while we are grinding through the tough blocks. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and loves the people working out with her; the way she calls us "my loves" matches the warmth and energy she brings to every class. The people and atmosphere here make the workouts genuinely enjoyable while still pushing us to become stronger and more confident every class. I am really grateful for this community; it does not just feel like a gym, it feels like a workout family that is always in your corner.

I originally called Kate to help me lose weight for my wedding in September but I plan to keep this going for as long as possible! I love how much stronger and stronger I feel every week. KATE is very knowledgeable about all aspects of working out, she guides you through every step and makes sure you are doing the movements correctly so you don't hurt yourself. She provides a full guide specifically tailored to your fitness needs (in my case weight loss), the program helps with what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat, and there are also specific workouts for your level of fitness you do on your own. Out first meeting was more like a consultation where she gets a feel for what level of fitness you are at, and I was level beginner :) And from there she builds that plan for you. I work out with Kate 2 days a week tue & thurs and then 1 day by myself usually Saturday morning plus cardio every other few days. I had a gym membership in the past but I only ever did cardio at the gym so I am a beginner when it comes to working out/weightlifting. Let me give you an idea of how far I have come. When I first started with Kate, I could barely do 1 push-up on my knees and now I can do 5 solid regular push-ups. And that's huge for me. I was so out of breath after 1 burpee and it was so awkward for me, but now I can do 10 still winded but nothing like before! We have done all this from the comfort of my own home in my garage, with 2 yoga Matts and a couple of dumbbells. Call Kate, it's the best decision you can make for yourself! My fiancé is so happy with my results, everyone in my life has been complimenting me saying that I look the best I have ever looked. I have totally gained more muscle and it shows, I am thinner but more importantly more Toned and I could not have done any of this without Kate. If I can do it anyone can do it. HIRE KATE! She will not disappoint. She is an amazing personal trainer!

Now I'm not gonna lie, the workouts are tough, but anyone can do them. It challenges you, but that's the whole point, right? The trainer, Jimmy, is awesome. He's super motivating but also lets you go at your own pace if you need to. He's very aware that everyone's fitness levels are different. He and his wife Jo Anne are also great when it comes to showing proper form with all the moves. He's quick to point out improper form to someone but it's never in an embarrassing or condescending way. He's very professional and tactful. It's a full blown workout from head to toe and within 15 minutes of the session, you're dripping sweat...or is that your fat cells crying? ;) The regulars are a great bunch as well. They're always cheering you on when you're losing steam and that gets you through the finish line. You feel so good afterwards so it's definitely worth the sweat and tears. Getting a great body takes time and work and this boot camp was just the thing we needed to get us off the couch. I also love the high energy, super amped music! Great touch--keeps you going! The rates are VERY reasonable because even though you're in a group, Jimmy's there for you with diet, fitness, and nutrition advice upon request, so you almost feel like you have your own personal trainer. The location is great, he could not have picked a better park. Clean, well-lit, family friendly. We also loved that this boot camp is kid friendly. Kids 12-14 are free with a paid adult (1 kid per adult). Our son is into youth football so it's a perfect pre-conditioner for him before his season starts. NOTE: Minimum age to join is 12 and out of consideration, you might want to leave the much younger kids at home. They might be a distraction to you and other members who are trying to focus on a good workout. Just sayin. ;) If you commit to this boot camp and a healthy lifestyle, I guarantee you WILL see results. We highly recommend it.     I have been going to Jim's All About Fitness Bootcamp 24x7 for a few months now and can tell you…read moreit's the real deal! The workouts are intense, yet Jim's style of leading and teaching provides participants the ability to progress and work at their own pace. Jim provides the motivation; yet, you as a student will recognize you can work out at your own level and slowly build up your strength and conditioning without feeling berated or belittled...there is ABSOLUTELY none of that going on at this RAD bootcamp! The atmospohere and level of comfort provided by Jim and his wife Joanne is very conducive to the outcome everyone generally wants when joining a program like this.....they want comfort, motivation, and most importantly....RESULTS!!!! Let me tell you, you will get all three and many more things if you give this bootcamp a shot!! The location of the bootcamp is cool as well. It's at a very clean park with a location very conducive to the type of workouts Jim does. The park provides quality cardio options and there is no riff raff running around causing problems for us at the location. I started at 232lbs....today I am currently at 204....nearly to my goal weight of 195. I feel great and I am the healthiest and strongest I have been since.....damn....since highschool??? It's incredible how Jim's intense workouts and numerous styles, methods, and tools used with working us out always motivates me and makes me excited about the next class!!! Let me tell you....as your grinding through the hour long class....your wishing you could punch him in the neck LOL!!!...but when the class is over everyone is clapping and high fiving each other because they know they just completed a quality, high level, workout and they conquered something that at the time they were doing it felt so insurmountable. REMEMBER don't let that scare you off!!! Jim's style of teaching and leading lets you build up your strenght and conditioning....and with effort put in by you....you will be up there kicking a$$ in no time. Another thing is the other participants....I have met many new friends in the class...everyone is so motivating and friendly...there are no egos or rude people......it is a very comfortable and motivating atmosphere. Come check out his bootcamps....you won't be sorry. I'm getting ready to run my first 10K this weekend...I couldn't even run around the park wothout being gassed just a few months ago.     This gym is in precarious shape. Dirty, old and poorly maintained. It has been at least 3 weeks…read morewith NO AC. Months with not enough weights so now some of the people in class have to bring their own 10 lb weights and prob 7.5 lbs too. Not enough weights for the whole class; lights do not turn off in the class room( it is not fun for yoga classes.) Are the floors ever swept??! If it wasn't for coach Nancy's class, I would take my money elsewhere. ,this corporation needs to invest in maintenance instead of the $$$$ pilates rooms, " glute" and soon another dumb $$$$ new private taking away the racquetball courts. No employees make sure the premises are at least clean and sanitized, i wonder how this place can possibly comply with OSHA regulations. The decline at this L.A. Fitness is simply embarrassing for this corporation. One more thing: Can the zumba instructors coach the AM people who take the class to re rack the weights correctly and to leave the room as soon as their class finishes instead of hanging out, taking pictures and being oblivious?! There is only 15 minutes before next class and those women are a nightmare when stepping on our mats and being in the way dripping sweat everywhere!
