And it was changed in about 30-50 min and if you know how box truck tires are and how hard they are to change then you know and this freaking guy made it look SOO easy. I contacted VLRV for service on my main air conditioner on my 5th wheel RV. When I called to set…read moreup an appointment, I explained that my unit was not working at all and it appeared the fan motor had frozen up. Two technicians arrived right on time, and hit the ground running. A quick check from inside the rv of the power to the unit confirmed that the motor had indeed frozen up. Within minutes they were up on the roof with a new motor that they had brought with them. After about 30 minutes or less, they were down and checking that everything was running well and that the unit was cooling As it should. They were both very professional and made sure that all was well before they left.
