I contacted VLRV for service on my main air conditioner on my 5th wheel RV. When I called to set up an appointment, I explained that my unit was not working at all and it appeared the fan motor had frozen up. Two technicians arrived right on time, and hit the ground running. A quick check from inside the rv of the power to the unit confirmed that the motor had indeed frozen up. Within minutes they were up on the roof with a new motor that they had brought with them. After about 30 minutes or less, they were down and checking that everything was running well and that the unit was cooling As it should. They were both very professional and made sure that all was well before they left. I wouldn't recommend this so called company to anyone. First they charge you 3 times the amount that anyone would. You would be better off and save money by going to camping world. Second they don't stand behind their work. I had them work on a water tank and finally got it done waiting most of the summer and then had a electrical issue from their work and they won't fix it. You're asking for trouble if you have these people work on your equipment. All they want is your money and they don't care if you come back or not. read more

This is a first class company. They quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and replaced the hydraulic motor. They worked with our insurance company to assist in the claim. Our bedroom slide would not come in this morning as we prepared to leave. I suspected the switch gave out but had no way to bring it in. If I could leave more stars I absolutely would! Starting with the customer service, They were in top of everything. I needed my fridge replaced but I am also due with a baby any day and they were able to get me in soon as possible to assure I had a working fridge. Anthony and Austin were great, They popped the old fridge out and got the new one in and working in such a timely manner. Can't express how grateful I am for them considering a few months back I had called another company and their price was ridiculous, VLRV was so reasonable. Beware!!!! CALL ANYONE BUT VLRV !!!! They traveled 11 miles to fix our toilet in our rv. The man said he had fixed the leak. While he was here he tightened up a bathroom door knob. And put our sliding closet door back in the track which I do myself constantly but I thought that he could fix it permanently but the next day it popped back out and the door knob is loose again also. The man went out to make out the bill and I checked the toilet and it was still leaking!!! He told me it would cost an additional $300 to pull off the toilet (it took 20 mins to pull it and put valve on and put it back) plus the $79 valve and of course the clock was still ticking for the $195 per hr.charge. Plus the $80 service call which I was fully aware of. He even measured our awning to be worked on in the future.(WILL NEVER HAPPEN BTW) Our bill was $868.06 to fix A VALVE ON A TOILET!!!! Because the other 2 things I mentioned are STILL BROKEN!!! CALL SOMEONE ELSE! DO NOT CALL ....VLRV !! Now that's just plain old taking ADVANTAGE of people that travel in RV's!!!! read more

LRV Services is not great. Their customer service and work is Exceptional! Communication, work ethic, professionalism, honesty, etc. is more than I have ever experienced. We had a weird RV issue and called VLRV at 4:30 on Friday and much to our amazement Anthony came out to see us here in Hendersonville. He was not giving up until he could figure out the issue, which was definitely a weird one and will go down in the books! We would've been without hot water for the weekend and possibly our bed sliding in at any random time. We called VLRV after a week of not being able to empty our black tank, and trying other suggestions from other companies to no avail, nothing worked. We called VLRV and Tonya was up front and asked questions, then gave us a quote. She also said, I can't guarantee you this would work, but this is what the service will cost. Well to say the least, when Max and Austin came out, they were very professional and went far above what was expected. Not only did they fix the issue with the black water tank, they discovered something else with our backflow, and fixed that as well, then to our surprise, they checked the roof for cracks and leaks.. Upon completion, we received a detailed receipt with step by step info on what their findings were and what they did to fix everything.
