The rooms are aesthetically pleasing, perfectly appointed, like walking back in time. I loved the wooden cupboards, the corner cupboards and all the dining room tables. I am drawn to marble top tables (I have one at home) and they have a several in the shop. I also collect pewter, and they offer a nice selection of candlesticks, serving ware and more! The inventory of mirrors, brass pieces, and glassware is something to see! The people here are helpful and knowledgeable, feel free to pick their brains! They know antiques and history! But more than sales, they offer restoration, repair and appraising services too. For fine quality, immaculately designed antiques, this place is worth walking through the Gates!

He can't find it.??!! He has lost our very meaningful, irreplaceable print!!!! Thank goodness I have my receipt, but he said a family member reorganized everything. He will have them come in and help him look, and I will update my review with the status because I told him I'll be back on Monday March 4. March 16 2024 Update: He found the print last week and said he would have it framed by today. I went to pick it up just now, and it's framed wrong - it's supposed to have two mats,and it has zero mats, the wrong type glass, and the frame wood is the wrong style. I asked why, and he said he didn't remember me telling him that was the requirement. I showed him my copy of the receipt where he wrote down all those specifications I ordered, but he can't find HIS copy. I offered to email or text him a copy of the receipt, but he doesn't use technology. so I have to go home, make a copy of my receipt and bring it back to him.

She printed her research out and gave it to me. Maria enriched my life and made me feel very special. I was on a mission to get in and out…read more Felt like walking into a Home Depot except Home Depot at least has a handy app to tell you what aisle something is on. On a positive note, I did need to stop by the fabrics section with a question. This person admitted to me they weren't great on the given topic but showed me some fabrics in case I wanted to look. Polite and she walked me over instead of just pointing. That's good. I walked around for a bit looking for the next two things I needed. Not an employee in sight to ask. I finally decided to just buy the things I had in hand. They had a single register open and one open for returns. There were about 20 people in front of me and the line was moving very slowly. What I didn't understand, two gentleman employees were standing in front of the register area, not making eye contact with anyone, and just stood there. One had a bunch of tags around his neck so he looked like some sort of manager. He slinked away, then would slink back. Never make eye contact, didn't open a new lane, then he'd shuffle back off. Took forever just to check out. Based on that experience today, I'll likely stick to ordering off Amazon and just being patient. Not impressed.
