As others have noted, there were a few bumps in the road with this business, changing locations and providing a valuable service into a difficult and shifting (to say nothing of highly regulated and complex) business. I had some definite issues with timeliness and responsiveness but, ultimately, Mike, the owner of this business, went so far beyond what I've typically experienced in customer service, professionalism, and responsiveness, to make everything work that a 5 star review is a no-brainer. Everything worked out fine. I think you learn infinitely more about an individual's (or a business's) integrity from the challenging circumstances than from the easy, successful ones, and I learned that at the least, the owner of this business has a lot of integrity and professionalism. read more

Cannadocs appears to be a scam. Some Bozo named Michael took $200 from eight clients the day I was seen and defrauded both the provider and the eight clients. Luckily we were able to contact the nurse practioner who saw us at the appointment and she was kind enough to complete my certification without being paid. She was to have received approximately 60 percent of the $200 per patient that day but left the office without being paid. We are notifying State authorities and those who protect the rights of the elderly. At 70, I am a senior citizen. Michael has a lot to answer for and, as we all know, Karma is a bitch. read more

Initially I was incredibly stoked by this business, I met with Mike (the owner) and he took me through the process of a medical evaluation, said that I was overqualified. However, I did not at the time yet have approval from the MMCC, and now that I have, I have emailed and called multiple times to no response. I visited their location today to find an eviction notice from the county on the entrance. I am not sure if I will be able to get the paperwork I need. **Paid $200 for evaluation** read more

Website is gone, emails bouncing back - I have the CEO's phone number on text and have sent him 4 texts over the last month with no response. They took my $200 in November 2018 and basic led me on for weeks, blaming the provider. I guess I got scammed :( read more

During the appointment I…read moreadvised that I was diagnosed with insomnia 20 years ago by my primary doctor who is no longer in practice. As such his medical records are not available. They still sent the medical records request which I completed. AGAIN... I stated that my primary doctor is no longer practicing. I was asked several in depth questions about my health which I answered all. Come to find out that unless a doctor has already diagnosed me and I can provide them with the medical records they cannot help me? I thought I was working with certified doctors with the company but I was WRONG. All they do is rubber stamp your medical records. There are plenty other medical marijuana services that HAVE DOCTORS on staff and can certify you with a video / telemedicine appointment. Save your money and don't use this company!

The Cannadocs was one of my worst experiences of 2018. After witnessing the owner and CEO (Michael) scream at his employees I did not return back to The Cannadocs until this December. Upon returning I found a note written on the office door in black marker from the management of the building stating that they have been evicted. Their voicemail is full and I don't think I will ever hear back from them. VERY SKETCHY AND SHADY COMPANY. read more

I spoke with someone, which is how I learned it used to have this different name. I found them in Orlando, and it is called CureVine. Apparently it started in Maryland, but there was an ownership change. Anyway, my experience was AWESOME. But since I couldn't find a Yelp page under that name, this is the best I could do.
