One day a squirrel was caught in the trap, I had called them that evening, David (who did not return my phone call so I had to call his Manager yet again), did not show up until almost 24 hours later leaving the squirrel in the blazing sun (I don't think it survived). He was here on a job we requested for field mice that were getting in our house. He did not finish because he had to order a part and come back in two weeks. He also left us no invoice for any of the work and we thought he'd give it to us at the job completion. That was April 4th. Now it's August 24. We have not heard from him. We started to get collection notices in June. But never got invoiced and never got the job finished. We have however now spoken to customer service about 12 or so times. Each time they have said the see that the job isn't complete. After the 10th time. Someone who says they area manager for that store says they will come finish the job in between other work they have to do. Nothing definitive in terms or job completion. We have now taken extra days off because they said they were coming. We will pay the bill, no problem, but we want the work done. Frankly I've lost all faith in it ever getting done. Meanwhile they have suspended our quarterly service we have had since 2018 that was set up via a different office and a different rep named Jason KAZMIERCZAK. Why? We auto pay that service and Jason has done an amazing job for us for 8 years. I'd like this to get resolved but I'm not sure what else I need to do. File a lawsuit? Horrible service! 0 stars!

I found that odd since I supplemented their traps with my own cheap Chinese traps. My cheap traps were catching loads of moths. When I confronted them about this, they acknowledged that they had been using the wrong traps. They offered to give me 1 free month. I told them that I didn't think it was fair to have paid so much for their service when it did nothing and requested instead to get a full credit of all my payments towards future service since they didn't actually do anything on their previous visits. They stopped returning my calls since then. I've been leaving messages with Chris and he promised to call back on multiple occasions but has not. The image I'm attaching is of a cheap chinese trap I got on aliexpress. I have a few of these up and they did catch moths so clearly I have a moth problem. I even showed them that their trap was inches away from this one and did not catch anything.

That was ridiculus! There was plenty of room. A salesman came to check the house for rodents. He recommended caulking around the whole house. We agreed. Meanwhile the ants were back a week later. Orkin came out again to spray. The ants came back. I finally sprayed them myself with some insect spray from Lowe's. As far as the caulking around the house, the workmanship was horrible. We are very disappointed. the caulking is extremely thick and poorly applied. The outside look of the house is ruined. some areas shouldn't even have been caulked because the gap was too big. We spent thousands of dollars for literally nothing. Definitely overpriced and overrated! never again! Zero
