I tried to find someone to come get rid of the bat, but no one could come, since it was a Sunday. I kept calling different bat companies, but somehow always ended up back with Platinum Wildlife Removal. The woman on the phone assured me that if I didn't set up an appointment then, I most likely wouldn't get one. I paid $99 to have Platinum come and do an inspection the next day. The first thing the man did was head straight to the fireplace and pronounce it an extreme fire hazard due to creosote. He purposely set up an atmosphere of fear and threat so he could play on my emotion. Then he inspected my attic and drew me into his web even further by saying there was very little cleanup to do, so he would only charge me @$800. And since he thought he had my trust at that point, then it was time to reel me in. He inspected the outside of the house, came back in and lowered the boom--over $5,000 in work needed to get rid of bats and make sure they didn't enter my home. At that point I pretty much knew he was scamming me, and when I checked with other companies, they told me to use anyone but Platinum Wildlife Removal, that they had seen this same scenario many times before. Don't fall prey to Platinum Wildlife Removal's dishonest business tactics. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Received a trap that doesn't work and never received an estimate. I called repeatedly and received a computer generated voicemail that someone would be out. Day 1: a raccoon was caught. We called the office at 7:55AM and reported it on a voicemail. Returned home at 9PM and the raccoon was still in the trap. We released it ourselves. It had bloody paws and a baby raccoon near by. Day 2: called during business hours for an explanation and was told someone would be out, nothing more. Day 3: a technician came out, re-set the trap with marshmallows??? Day 4: something went inside ate the marshmallows, defecated and left. Day 7: Open trap, no bait and no estimate to fill holes.

You don't have good customer service, you lied to me, you allowed a rep of your company to brag about firing my favorite rep, you never showed up and I never got my sticky pads. He was here on a job we requested for field mice that were getting in our house. He did not finish because he had to order a part and come back in two weeks. He also left us no invoice for any of the work and we thought he'd give it to us at the job completion. That was April 4th. Now it's August 24. We have not heard from him. We started to get collection notices in June. But never got invoiced and never got the job finished. We have however now spoken to customer service about 12 or so times. Each time they have said the see that the job isn't complete. After the 10th time. Someone who says they area manager for that store says they will come finish the job in between other work they have to do. Nothing definitive in terms or job completion. We have now taken extra days off because they said they were coming. We will pay the bill, no problem, but we want the work done. Frankly I've lost all faith in it ever getting done. Meanwhile they have suspended our quarterly service we have had since 2018 that was set up via a different office and a different rep named Jason KAZMIERCZAK. Why? We auto pay that service and Jason has done an amazing job for us for 8 years. I'd like this to get resolved but I'm not sure what else I need to do. File a lawsuit? Horrible service! 0 stars!

The second we met Barry, and his assistant Mo, we knew they meant BUSINESS! Not only did they set traps at each entry point, but they also removed squirrels within our home! They came out almost everyday for a week, and they made sure those squirrels were not going to be able to get back in. Most places just put up chicken wire, which is like putting a bandaid on a bullet wound, but not Barry! He actually CEMENTED and patched each hole/entry point to make sure they wouldn't just chew their way back in. I absolutely 100% recommend Barry to anyone having issues with unwanted critters. The relief that we feel knowing we are squirrel free is amazing, PLUS he makes sure to check back in later on just incase!
