Th owner told me I have imaginary bug syndrome after they sprayed my place. Then months later went across the hall to my moms who also has a problem still and sprayed her place then told her she doesn't have a problem either lol They came again (by my mom's request and not mine) to inspect what is going on. He wasn't wearing his protective gear (in his words) bc of what he's heard about my place. I have black mold throughout my home. Who knows what else (wood mites-mold spores-carpet mites) this man just kept looking at his pants and saying I don't see anything jumping on me. The spray does NOT kill the eggs !! They are everywhere and anywhere in here and in other units. They're not gonna be jumping around. I've had my place sprayed multiple times as I said it doesn't kill the eggs so when they hatch, they're barely alive from all of the spray in here. I don't even know if what I'm dealing with is fleas. All of these exterminators say they come in and investigate, but they don't. They come in spray and then leave. They make money because the spray does not kill the eggs so of course you're going to be calling them back. In my case, they're telling me I don't have fleas, but they are also telling me they don't know what it is. I can confirm 100% this place was infested with fleas before I even moved in. Every unit in my building is infested with fleas because the association allows dogs, but they don't spray for them as I was told that's an extra charge I did pay for. How asinine is that? It's too much for them to add a dime to everybody's association dues. Anyway that's a complete separate issue I don't even have an animal anymore. my cat never went outside and was always protected. Either way my point is this if I had a pest problem, I wouldn't waste my money or time hiring a company that doesn't care. They will gladly take your money spray your place, and then tell you that you don't have fleas and that someone else just has imaginary bug syndrome. That makes a lot of sense. If My mom didn't have fleas. Why did you take her money and spray her place again? read more

We had the pleasure of accidently calling this company thinking we were calling someone else. It turned out that we actually needed their service. The after hours customer service team member was so helpful in setting up an appointment for us. We have been experiencing bees in our chimney and fireplace for a year now. The company we previously hired, came out, did not do the work and then continued to invoice us as if they had completed the service....shame on them. I digress.......now back to Solidified Pest Control, their inspector Jordan was phenomenal. He explained so much in detail from the bee issue to the issues of moles, ground hogs, squirrels, wasps, etc. I could go on. It was indeed a pleasure to speak with him and listen to the knowledge he was supplying. Jordan was able to get on our roof via a ladder to handle the bees issue while the bees were still in their hive. We should know something soon if the bee issues has been resolved. Incredible service. I called on Monday at 7am and left a message. My call was returned by Mike at 7:10. John came out at 11am and the problem was completly taken care of within 24 hours! The rate was totally reasonable. John was polite and very professional. It was also obvious that they care about all animals and are very humane. They reassured me about my two dogs but also had compassion for the animals they are killing. I can't recommend enough!! It was funny because my neighbor called the same company at the same time and they had one tech take care of both of us - quickly and thoroughly. read more

I would recommend these guys. Orkin and Termanex were quoting higher prices and the wait time of a week. These guys were able to come next day and cost less. Jon came out to deal with a wasp nest. He was right on time which I appreciated on a Saturday. He was knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job. In and out in 20 minutes. I would highly recomend this company. After calling numerous companies, these guys were the least expensive. I had a posum problem. They came out the following day,put the trap out and it was caught in less than 2 days. The day the rodent was caught I called them and they came out 2 hours later, removed the animal and rebaited the trap. Awesome! read more

Had a bit of an earwig issue and SPC came out and sprayed my entire home. Of course you have to pay for their time and products but $200 bucks to be bug free sounds like a deal to me. When the problem wasn't solved after the first visit they sent their manager out at no charge. He searched through my whole kitchen and found a container of bread crumbs that was totally infested. He found a few other containers that looked suspect. He removed those items from the house and sprayed again. Problem solved. He also took care of some wasps nests and ants outside the house while he was here. I should also mention that I have severe emphysema and they used a product with no odor whatsoever that didn't bother my lungs. I highly recommend them. read more

After getting scammed by another company Solidified came out and researched the problem, got the ladder out and properly treated the wasp nest. They also did a whole house spray and offered a 3 month guarantee where they would come bs knout said f we still had a problem, thankfully that did the job. We had some guys over working on our deck when they were attacked by yellow jackets. After a few phone calls, I came across Mike at Solidified pest.
