I'm sharing these photos as a warning to others until I post a more detailed & documented review. A month after surgery (chin lipo and submentoplasty) with Michelle, I began developing large, painful nodules under my chin and neck that persistently got worse for over a year. I was initially told by her that it must be allergies to the permanent sutures, so I underwent revision surgery with her. She then diagnosed the nodules as "fat necrosis". Soon after revision surgery, the nodules started appearing again. I was then repeatedly told by Michelle that it must be thyroid-related causes. After seeking another revision from a highly experienced double board-certified plastic surgeon & ENT down the street, I was informed that the nodules were full of pus and bacteria, located on/around the permanent sutures. I was also told that the nodule that was distanced lower than the rest, had a free-hanging suture that wasn't attached to anything. I was advised that what he found was consistent with infection related to the permanent internal sutures Michelle placed in me and could likely be due to the sutures being unsterile/compromised during surgery. This was an extremely painful and distressing experience that significantly impacted my quality of life for OVER a year. When I reached out to her office regarding this, I was met with denial, zero accountability and was warned multiple times in a threatening manner not to post about it online. I strongly encourage anyone considering cosmetic surgery to thoroughly research their provider and ensure they are board-certified in plastic surgery. Unfortunately, a cosmetic surgeon with a doctorates degree in dentistry is a very considerable, and concerning difference. read more

Caution Regarding Dr. Michelle's Plastic Surgery Services I feel compelled to share my experience as a warning to others. Based on my personal journey, I cannot recommend undergoing plastic surgery with Dr. Michelle. Years ago, I underwent breast augmentation with Dr. Michelle and was initially satisfied with the results. However, in 2022, I returned for a breast reduction and, prior to surgery, inquired about a small amount of liposuction specifically for my knees. Unfortunately, the outcome was devastating. As the pictures show, significant fat was removed from my legs--far beyond what I requested--while the area I was concerned about (my knees) received minimal attention. This procedure has left me deeply TRAUMATIZED with my appearance, and I feel my body has been irreversibly altered. When I raised my concerns with Dr. Michelle, her solution was to offer a revision surgery at a significantly reduced cost (operating only), which I feel does not fully address or take accountability for the initial outcome or would I ever go back to someone who botched my body I hope my experience can help others make informed decisions about their choices and learn from my mistakes. My review.. THE ACTUAL TRUTH must not be sitting well with Ms. Carlotti if she's going to have her staff LIE in response to my review. Also Ashley aren't you the one that forged my signature on a $800 receipt.. pretty sure that's illegal too. You've continuously harass me for months to delete my review and when that doesn't happen you try to attack with bullshit lies. Also you didn't give me a discount on the surgery, you charged me almost 6k to fix ONE breast. Also I wasn't the only patient who got MRSA from her, as I was doing the antibiotic treatments, there was another patient in the next room getting treatment for MRSA. (My "lack of hygiene" must of gave that patient MRSA too) Her office is not sanitary, one appointment I walked in and there was blood literally on the counter. I worked in the medical field, I am a sanitary person especially when dealing with my own wounds. She makes no sense and at this point i feel like they will pull anything out of their ass to save themselves. Go ahead and keep threatening me Michelle... you have no right to touch any human being. 2 stars because of a Great bedside manner & nice office BUT $3k down the drain! Went in for a quote on Lipo or tummy tuck in June of 2022 and to see about the latest mini face lifts for the near future. I was told that I was perfect for this new injection called QWo for my indents behind my thighs and some on my bum apparentally when I walked. I found this odd as I found that when I lifted my bum up back into its "pre covid" spot, & my indents went away. I was told I would need 3 appts 3-4 weeks apart. $1,000. each visit and it all was due up fron also commercial strength Arnica ($30. each time). After going over my quotes, I decided to start with QWo as it was teh least expensive and sounded like the easiset to recover from but mostly so I could see th work of this doctor before trusting him with my face & breasts. Before my 1st appt, I expressed my concerns about needing tightening versus injections for releasing the dimple thread. The Dr. said that I still needed the regardless. OMG the pain!!!! He was injecting into a sight that was lacking muscle due to previous lipo in 2006 that had been over done (surprise to me until I added weight 16 years later) but he insisted it was a dimple. The bruising was insane! Nodules were hard at each injection site. Im thinking maybe he was right and this is going to be the miracle drug. NOPE. 2nd appt. The popped up before and after photos and there was no change. I once again expressed concern about needing tightening. Dr repeated his answer from the first appt. Bring on the bruising again. 3rd visit. more pictures and still no change. I tell him that this is clearly not working and I need tightening instead. He agreed and said that we will just do injections on the buttocks. So we used 1/2 of what I pre-purchased but no refund.I expressed my concern after 2 of my appts to the assistant and she agreed with me 100% across the board that it didnt work at all and after the last treatment, a partial refund is in order. She said she would talk to him about it and get a hold of me. Didnt hear back so I messaged her about it with no reply. Waited awhile and tried again. The office had been very responsive up until that point. Go figure.I then emailed the office stating that my Fiance has right to discuss my treatment with them as I was flyng out of state and asked them to call him. We got a hold of the QWO manufacturer, gave them the situation details, they called and retreived the lot #'s. After some time, they called me back and said there was no evidence of it being a bad batch. I'm really surprised they need to retain my money as the office sure looks like its doing well financially. Considering the quotes for the future procedures they gave me, it saddens me they chose to retain $3k and say good bye to much more money from me down the road. read more

I wanted to remove 12 year old breast implants and have a breast lift revision. After meeting with several surgeons I chose Dr. Carlotti for several reasons for my tummy tuck and augmentation - he treated me like an individual during the consult. Most doctors seem to do scone size fits all evaluation. - he took time. Most doctors seem to want to rush you in and out of the consult on one to the finance portion. Instead Dr. Carlotti spent at least an hour with me. He answered all of my questions and explained his recommendations - he understands athletes. As an athlete I put my body through extreme training. He is also an athlete and so his much of his staff. I truly felt like they understand my needs - the entire staff is genuinely warm and caring. My only wish is that the staff was more consistent, in that I saw a lot of different faces when I was in the office. For two months, my husband and I researched and interviewed surgeons for a Breast Reduction and Lift + Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) surgery for myself.
