I am not usually one to review businesses, but my horrible experience with this business made it exceptionally necessary. If you actually want a business to show up and clean your carpet during the time you scheduled with them, I'd take your money and time and look elsewhere. A week and a half ago I scheduled an appointment on Friday between 4-6pm because that was the only appointment they had available the whole week. I booked my work meetings around this appointment so I could be available between 4-6pm. The company called me at 2pm saying they had numerous cancellations during the day and unless I could move my appointment earlier in the day, they had to reschedule. Moving my appointment earlier wasn't an option since I planned my whole work day around the only appointment they had available the ENTIRE WEEK. Then the owner called me and apologized, saying that he had to send his technician home because he doesn't work on hourly pay and it wouldn't have been worthwhile for him to wait for my appointment - essentially, saying my appointment, as a paying customer, was unimportant to their business. read more

I contacted The Carpet Doctors for a quote through Yelp and received a fast response. I had contacted four companies regarding my move-out carpet cleaning, and The Carpet Doctors were both the lowest priced and the first available for the job. The gentleman who cleaned our rugs was on time, and got everything done quickly. I moved as much as possible off the floors since the company does not move furniture, but ideally this would be done in empty rooms; I just had zero time or desire to coordinate a carpet cleaning appointment along with movers on the same day and was required by my lease to have them professionally shampooed. They did the best they could around the furniture and guaranteed the work for 30 days should there have been any dissatisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning. read more

Really pleased with our experience with this company. We found ourselves in a tight time crunch to get our basement carpet cleaned and our usual cleaners could not fit us in soon enough. Got online to do some research and found Alex's company, which was well reviewed, so we gave them a call. Alex returned our call within ten minutes and he said that, while they were booked out passed the time we wanted, he would work us in the next day since we were so close to his shop. He showed up in the time frame he gave us, went over our options with no upsale pressure, and did a great job on a two decade plus old Berber carpet. Would recommend and use again. I bought an voucher from a silent auction to benefit Special Olympics. That said I wasn't really sure what to expect I was really just trying to support the charity as the company was. I ended up giving my voucher to my mother to use and she was absolutely thrilled. These guys truly are the carpet doctors! I'm not sure how they got those stains out of the stairs but they did. I found The Carpet Doctors while hunting for a company to clean my carpet, which I desperately needed. I had lots of stains, mostly from my toddler spilling food around our house. I had tried countless of carpet cleaners and scrubbed until my arm hurt, but nothing would help remove those stubborn stains. I obtained a couple of quotes, and they quoted me the lowest price out of 5 other companies on Yelp. Since they also had great reviews, I decided to give them a call. I contacted them on Friday and by Sunday 11 am my carpet was fresh and clean. They got out every single stain except one, which he pointed out to me, but even then it was not noticeable as it had been before. They also cleaned both of my microfiber sofas and managed to get out all of the milk and food stains my toddler had left. They were detailed, efficient, and fast. I recommend them 100%!!!! read more

Alex and his assistant cleaned my carpets last week. They were a little late for the appointment, but called to let me know. They did an excellent job and did not leave any mess at all. This was my first time using Yelp to find a service, was very pleased when I got alot of results back. After some time reviewing various quotes I Decided to go with The Carpet Doctors. By far the best deal out of 12 or so other services that I was quoted. Very competitive pricing for a variety of services. I only needed the carpet cleaned but Alex was very friendly and explained some of the other options we could look at for today's service. The Carpet Doctors were on time and very professional. He even did a bit of deodorizer to the carpet no extra charge. Carpets were cleaned thoroughly and in really good time. Could not be more pleased with service. Setting appointment was very easy, had next day availability due to a previous cancellation. Driver texted me the morning of to confirm time, and gave several text alerts through out the day. Worked with me on the price/amount of areas to be done, and even tried to loft a nasty stain, but didn't charge me because some didn't come all the way out. First time hiring any type of cleaning service. So glad we went with this company. Alex was very helpful and explained the different types of cleanings. Before he arrived, he called 40 mins in advance saying he was on the way. He walked through the house with me and took notes on what I needed to be clean and any other concerns I had. He made suggestions and was very straight to the point. We are moving into a house and everything except for the kitchen & bathrooms have carpet. The entire process too about a good hour or so. Once he was done, he reassured me that if the carpets were not dry or if I had problems, he would come back out to address the issue. He told me there the carpet would take about 6-8 hours to drive. He suggested ways to help expedite the process (using fans & putting the AC in the "ON" position). He stands by his work and there is a 60 day warranty for the services.
