My wife bought a phone with 2 years contract. She received the order confirmation and said the new mobile should arrive until 20th January 2022. Today ( after over 2 weeks) they sent an email cancelling the order due to price error. 2 weeks to say about price error? Really? How can it be a price error if some people already received their order they bought on same offer/price??? I could buy from another seller by the end of year when I found others offers and now I can't find the same offers that I found 2 weeks ago. They cold call me continuously, I have asked every single call to be removed from the calling list and then blocked the number but I still receive three + calls a week. Ridiculous when I barely used the company at all except for insurance on a phone. It's been years of this. read more

The staff here seem to be asleep! I went in enquiring about an iPhone and the general impression I got was that my custom wasn't wanted here! The staff looked scruffy in their uniforms, which also didn't make me want to stick around, after all, if they don't care about tucking their shirts in, why would they care about customers and giving proper advice? The Carphone Warehouse are known throughout the country for their great deals, low prices and good customer service. I think that someone should tell that to the staff here. They just don't seem interested. When I enquired about one of their latest offers, I had their magazine thrust at me with a grunted, It's in there mate. The shop assistant then went back to his enthralling conversation about the new game he'd downloaded for his ipod. A spacious store with a variety of phones, pay as you go and contract. There are also broadband and mobile broadband there. The staff are really helpful, and happy to assist, although sometimes you can be taking a while to be served! The store itself is very tidy and clean, has a nice relaxing atmosphere. read more
