The booking itself was easy, they have a great online booking system. All the communication was quick and really helpful. They are really flexible and accommodating with drop off and pick up times and they are super organised. As soon as I dropped him off I could see they really know their stuff. Nina and Chris are such a lovely, friendly couple who instantly put both you and your pets at ease when you meet them. They really know their stuff and handled my British Blue, Millie (who can be quite the madame!) with total calm and confidence. Everything is provided by them, from their professional setup to all the grooming essentials, so there's no need to worry about bringing towels or supplies. What I love most is how calm and organised they are; they turn what's usually a stressful experience for both owner and cat into something completely relaxed. Millie looked gorgeous afterwards and was surprisingly serene! I now have two of the best groomed cats in East London (I believe!) She always takes care of them when we are away for the weekend or on holiday. I think they love when she visits. I absoloutely love this cosy wee vets on Battersea Park Road. The clinic has a real family feel and a lovely atmosphere. It was clinical or noisy like I had expected and the vet and the staff were so helpful and friendly, we couldn't ask for more. There was also a great selection of organic pet food, toys and other bits for your pet. A few weeks later, we received a surprise call from the vet just to check in on Snodgrass, which I thought was a nice touch. A perfect little place to take your pet, I'd recommend it to anyone.

They also have a dog-walking service, cat stroking etc. We used Pals4pets recently and are very happy with the care and comfort a private carer gave our dog, who has recently undergone major knee-surgery. We went to visit the carer before going away so our dog could familiarise himself with the house and carer and so that we could talk about his habits etc. When signing up with the company you fill out a form with all a carer need to know about the dog, its health and diet. Pals4pets will consider your needs and try to pair you with a carer, who suits these the best. In our case a person who had looked after several post-surgery cases was chosen. We felt very comfortable throughout the process and had a nice time away without worrying about our dog. I would recommend this service to anyone and definitely use them again
