Well, no need to worry because I think our intuition led us to this first stop for a reason. Majority of the items are 50% off. So many crystals, gemstones, jewelry, and minerals. We bought two hand full for about $64. The little pieces were a quarter after half off. Such a steal. They even write down the name of every single piece on the receipt. As our trip went on for the next 5 days, we've been to many other stores but this one was the cheapest in price, best in quality, and had a wide selection. She was at the ice cream station that is located on the lowest level of the shop. She was friendly! The store has a lot to offer! They have a large variety of merchandise. There is coffee, birthstones, t-shirts, key chains, stuffed animals, post cards, etc. I found my enamel pin which was at the second level and I didn't bother looking at the third. From what I recall the third level had more house decor, the other two had souvenirs and smaller gifts. The store is well organized. For the amount of items they sell, they utilize their space very well. There is plenty of walking space and if there were to be a crowd, it wouldn't be a problem at all. Since I live almost 2 hours away from Manitou Springs, returning it to the store wasn't an option. Randy immediately offered to refund my money and didn't need me to return the defective merchandise. And then, Randy endeared himself to me forever by offering to send me a new item (that he personally checked to ensure it worked properly) and mail it to me for free.
