I had a long hair and wanted it chopped for like 5 inches and soft layers only as my request. I made an appointment via text with Stephanie, the owner of Hair Plus. It's so convenient having to just travel to Murrieta to a strip mall where the parking is plentiful and stress-free. I met Stephanie a few weeks ago for my first haircut with her. Becasue I was so use to my previous hair stylist knowing how to cut my hair, I've forgotten to remember the clipper numbers she used etc. I knew I was in good hands with Stephanie when she told me she knew what type of style it was and how short. She also asked for my input when she was cutting my hair as far as the shortness on the sides. In all honesty, she really did a better job than my previous hairstylist of eight years! Her many years of being a hair stylist in South Korea and in Orange County shows in her meticulous cutting and shaping of my haircut. I was very pleased with the results as was my wife. I am so happy that Stephanie can continue to cut my hair, and hopefully soon, our youngest son as well.

I was the person that impulsively walked into chain hair salons and just sucked it up because I never found a hair stylist I wanted to stick with.
