I needed an updo for a black tie wedding in Fallbrook and didn't know anyone in Fallbrook or nearby. I went on Yelp and started looking. Found Becky and her 5* rating drew me to her. I reached out via text and she responded quite quickly. She was easy to communicate with via text. Unfortunately I didn't give her much time but she was able to give me an appt the morning of the wedding. Due to sickness I couldn't go to the wedding and text to cancel but told her last minute if I'm feeling better, we'd be still attending the wedding. Of course, I didn't want to ask if she'd be available that last minute. However within minutes she text me back asking if I'd like a later appt or the same time originally. I was thrilled she was willing and open. The wedding day came and I was able to attend and Becky accommodated me. I told her I'd take the 2 pm. Everything worked out perfect! The room she rents is very cute as was the beauty mall she was in (although she did tell me, she is moving but close by and even into a nicer place). I waited for maybe 5-10 min which she told me she had a new client before me and I might have to wait just a bit. Once I sat in her chair, showed her once again the inspiration I had text her, she got to work. I enjoyed getting to know her while she worked to make my hair beautiful!! This was my first appointment with Becky, and I'm impressed. I showed her a picture of what inspired my cut, then she brushed out my hair so she could get her hands into it and see what I had going on. The cut in the picture was done with a razor, which wasn't a problem. Then Becky got to work. We had a very nice chat while she was cutting away. After, she blew dried my hair and used a rounded brush to style. What sets her a part from my previous couple of stylist, she sprayed my roots and teased to get my normally flat hair to poof up. I was able to run some errands after my appointment with confidence, it looked, and held up the entire rest of my day. She's a few bucks more, but with her cut and styling of my hair, and holding, it was worth it! And, after a couple of mornings of me drying and styling, I'm really enjoying the layers and textures!
