I was doing some research to try and find help. I came across this website a few times then finally decided to look at it. Little did I know, it had all the answers I needed. Grief, Anxiety, Depression, Anger Problems.. the list goes on and on and on. When you go to other websites like this one, you don't really expect to find "free help". In a sense, that's not what this website does either, but at the same time, if you really take the time to read their articles and read one or two of their recommended books then it is essentially "free help". And I cannot even begin to explain how that has helped me either. After calling to schedule an appointment, I was blown away by how friendly these people are. The person I was talking to was trying to make it easier for me, not the other way around; which REALLY surprised me because usually you're talking to someone who just wants to get the phone call over with. But anyway, the next thing that really really surprised me was that they try and match you to the best therapist WHILE TRYING TO KEEP YOUR BUDGET INTACT. I know from experience that a whole lot of places will have their cheapest therapist at about $200-250. All I had to pay for the therapist I wanted was right around $35. When I show up, they're even better in person. All about making you feel comfortable, and creating a safe-space. I never thought a therapy office was capable of doing that for me, but I was soo wrong. This place is #1 on my list, and I will forever be grateful for this. Thanks for being so amazing!! read more

This was one of the most life changing experiences I've ever had. I've never been more grateful to a therapist because it feels like my life was so genuinely changed. I can't recommend her help enough. I don't think I would never have been guided through life changing decisions with such insight through anyone else. She is truly understanding, fair, kinda, and responsive to any trouble I as a client had. They are truly welcoming and I felt like I was right at home when going through what I had to go through. Due to my work schedule, this was perfect for my wife and I to talk through issues together. We were both skeptical with the whole process and didn't really know what to expect buuuutttttt... Our first interaction with Alex was more than I expected. She did an awesome job getting us both talking and opening up. Never before have I had a better experience. I had the pleasure of speaking on the phone with some people first for some basic information, and then I was given a chance to make an appointment. My husband and I decided to go with Jamie, and she is wonderful! Compassionate, lenient, knowledgeable and the list goes on and on. Alex Robboy is one of the most understanding therapists I have ever spoken to. On a personal level her insight is always extremely helpful and she speaks it in such a nice and supportive way. I've tried to talk to several counselors over the years, and I never felt comfortable opening up about things with my boyfriend and I. Samantha has changed that. I feel comfortable talking to her, she doesn't just listen and ask me what I think I should do, (if I knew that, I wouldn't be seeking counseling..) she actually has exercises to practice, and gives me a different perspective on situations. It's hard sometimes to find a therapist to best match your needs, but here I feel I am going to get the best out of what I'm paying for. The stuff on their website about support groups and the book recommendations have already really helped. And it's all laid out in a clean format so everything is easy to find. Center for growth focuses way too much of not where u are but too much of themselves. She never exposes for what is happening only picking up on scabbles is not doctrate level at all. She should have asked for medical focus like right size smoothies does for other places what do you eat and went for redefining weight lost is mostly what is important read more
