It's amazing how Dawn has stayed the same over the years. She is patient, kind, explains things very well, and is an extraordinary example for both her field and for the organization. As I listen to her with different patients, I'm struck by how each patient is treated with such complete attention and not as if she has said those words thousands of times before. There is never a visit that I don't see Dawn smile or hear her laugh. My husband recently fell and needed surgery on his elbow. When we were in the emergency room I was reminding him of our blessings. Along with several other things, I told him at least we knew where he would be getting physical therapy and he would be seeing Dawn. Carol, at the front desk, keeps the operation running with her organizational skills and dedication. She has her many duties down to a science. Ashley, DPT, brings a wealth of knowledge that she shares in a way that we can understand. She is a wonderful addition to a great team.

She explained what each intake form I needed to sign was for!! My eval was done by Kerry. Kerry was very compassionate, understanding and easy to talk to. My knee responded well to day one of PT - I already felt less pain in my knee. So day two I go in and the same receptionist greets me by name when I walk in (excellent customer service tactic), I pay my co-pay and immediately get started - NO WAIT TIME!! So day two I work with Austin. Austin read my records and immediately made me feel comfortable by asking about an exciting topic I had with Kerry the day before.
