I went a week later to have the procedure. He injected 2cc's of restylane into my top and bottom lip and told me I would see the full effect of the injections in about 2 weeks. I saw only a slight change but not what I was promised, at a cost of $925.00. After a week, I saw nothing. What a waste of money. I went back in to show the Dr. Chadwell where he seemed upset and made derogatory comments because I started to show some emotion. He was basically making fun of me. He said he would reinject another 2cc's. He never made mention that I would be charged again. Needless to say, I had the same result...NONE. What a disappointment. Dr Chadwell should stick to his profession as an Otolaryngologist. He is not trained to do facial procedures. Avoid this doctor at all costs.

I trusted their recommendation instead of doing my own homework & finding a skilled, talented Surgeon. Those places didn't check the boxes. At Dr Fullers office, everything was smooth from the get go. All of it. The Receptionist, to scheduling, Financing, onto the location, the operations of the lobby/ waiting area, to the patience & the professional bedside manner of the PA & Dr. Fuller. Everything was ran so efficiently & catered to my personalized services. I had a Breast Augmentation, Lift & Areolas redone. He listened closely, we discussed options. Then we reviewed & fine tuned our goal at the 2nd consultation. Day of the Surgery at the center across the street from his office, the staff there were the same! They were professional, efficient & very accommodating while we waited to go into the OR. Again, Dr. Fuller came into my room & we had a 3rd consultation to tripple check our plan & he assured me that he'd take his time & work with precision to get me to my goal. Onward to the OR which was VERY spacious with high ceilings. There were 3 suited up nurses that said hello & introduced themselves. Each of them seemed to of had their own work stations & EVERYTHING appeared squeaky clean & extremely organized. One nurse helped me onto the operating table & then I "fell asleep". When I awoke from surgery, I felt as though I had taken the best nap I had ever had lol. My husband was already pulling the car up to the building to pick me up & a nurse wheeled me to him & sent me home with a beautiful pink flower. Two days later, after resting, I looked at my breasts out of curiosity, thinking they'd look beaten & bruised, but they were already just beautiful. Little swollen, but better than I had imagined! He did exactly as I'd hoped & we discussed. He's extremely knowledgeable & skilled. I will be scheduling my next procedure shortly & am ecstatic about it! I knew from the moment I met him and his staff that he was the one I wanted to do my breast reconstruction after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. He was so attentive starting during the first consultation, he did not try to "sell" his work, just let it speak for itself. I could not recommend him more. My reconstruction looks PERFECT and NATURAL. The healing process was fast, minimal bruising, the incision scars just look amazing. I was so nervous before the surgery, but his calm and confident demeanor made me feel calm and confident. Even since my surgeries, he has been so attentive, remembers little details, and could not be more professional. Now onto his staff--they all are so sweet and always made me feel welcomed, and not like just another patient, but an actual person. Amazing. Well my story started 2/15/2024. Went for glasses and they said instead I was getting cataract…read moresurgery. They said it would be a two week ordeal. I'd see better than i have ever seen before. So I got cataract surgery on the first eye. This was done by Dr Molly Walsh. Woke up couldn't open the eye. Then when I could open it I only could see white. Went 3 weeks of multiple visits to the office being told they didn't know why the swelling would not go down. Unable to see the surgeon because she was on vacation for 3 weeks. When I finally saw her she said I needed to wait 2-5 months and she guaranteed I'd see again. That she's been doing this for 20 years and she knew what she was talking about. I was so upset when I left there I was in tears. After her dismissive attitude I went to get a second opinion at a different eye doctor. He told me I would never see again without a cornea transplant which was damaged during the cataract surgery. Of course Walsh said nothing about it being damaged during surgery. He set me up to go to Indy to get it fixed. After multiple trips to Indy, staying for a week at a time at my own expense mind you, my eyes are finally fixed. I have been trying for months to get this eye dr to give me the card that I'm supposed to carry in my wallet at all times. This card should have been given to me the day of the surgery 2/15/2024. They keep passing the blame to the surgery center. The surgery center blames the Dr. I don't care who was supposed to give it to me. Someone needs to get me the card. They need to order another set of the exact lenses that they put in my eye and give me the card out of the box. It's supposed to be in my wallet. Definitely a shit show. Tired of this crap and am about to hire a lawyer. The date today is 11/22/2024. 9 Months of crap because of this place. Get your stuff together people. You are messing with people's sight and livelihoods.
