The vehicle that I got was so on point and needed after being an accident, getting my car totaled, but the service I received at this location really made me feel Whole again, everyone that I ran into at this location was very kind and considerate and very friendly. I had used another space, but my conference calls were a distraction for other people; Paradigm offers lots of little nooks and crannies to hide away in, and sound is muffled. The management is AMAZING! The owner is on-site everyday, and she is really trying to build a community, not just a library. Coffee is on-site, as well as snacks and sodas; it's a great way to feel connected to other office workers, while maintaining the independence of remote work. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.

Instead of addressing concerns fairly, they seem to operate based on personal feelings and intimidation. As a tenant, I never felt valued or respected. The environment is uncomfortable, and it feels like you're constantly being watched rather than supported. Any time you try to raise a legitimate concern, you're treated like you're did something wrong instead of being heard. That's not how you build a professional business relationship. From my experience, the owner showed clear favoritism and treated people differently. I left feeling that I wasn't given the same level of respect or fairness that every paying tenant deserves. If you're looking for a place to grow your business in a professional, welcoming environment, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Read every word of your lease before signing anything, and make sure you understand exactly what you're agreeing to. I wish I had known then what I know now. I also felt I was treated differently because of my race, and that experience made the environment feel hostile and unwelcoming.
