It's really self serve once you get going which given that I'm looking for quite works fine for me. I have never meet anyone working here including one of the owners who wasn't just the nicest. The entire building is very neat clean in a appearance inside and out the customer service that I received when I purchased a vehicle through this office was a wonderful experience. The vehicle that I got was so on point and needed after being an accident, getting my car totaled, but the service I received at this location really made me feel Whole again, everyone that I ran into at this location was very kind and considerate and very friendly. I had used another space, but my conference calls were a distraction for other people; Paradigm offers lots of little nooks and crannies to hide away in, and sound is muffled. The management is AMAZING! The owner is on-site everyday, and she is really trying to build a community, not just a library. Coffee is on-site, as well as snacks and sodas; it's a great way to feel connected to other office workers, while maintaining the independence of remote work. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.
