I decided to try their UJI Matcha with cheese foam ($7 for a large), and it was delicious! I selected with 50% sugar level and no ice, and it was the perfect balance of sweetness. If you do not prefer it to be sweet, I would suggest ordering it with 30% sugar. The Uji Matcha itself had a traditional matcha bitter flavor which I loved, and the cheese foam was delicious!
