This is the worst experience I have ever had. First, we drove over an hour an a half to get to this…read moreplace since it was recommended to us. When we walked in, nobody cared that we were there. We had to hunt someone down to even ask a question. We researched what we wanted since their stock was limited. They told us they had it in stock in their warehouse in Washington and that I would get it in November because shipping was taking longer than normal since Covid. Mind you, we purchased a table, bench and chairs 9-5-2022. We told them what a horrible experience we had with shipping and delivery from Home Depot and they guaranteed us that they had never had that problem with "their" drivers. They asked us to call and check-in on our order in November, if not yet delivered. I called in to check on it and now the chairs were on backorder until February. What?! They made sure it was in stock in the warehouse before I purchased so why would it now NOT be there?! Then, I told them to just deliver the table and bench. They said it would take a week for the warehouse to deliver it down to them and then they deliver to us (not sure why not direct to us). This is literally from no farther than Seattle to Salem. Heck, I'd pick it up directly myself at this point. Two MORE weeks later and it is now end of November and I called to get yet another status. 'Brenda' tells me that she can only say what they tell her and the warehouse has just not brought it down. Why I asked? Nobody knows!! No accountability whatsoever. I asked if she could get a different contractor, I even had recommendations, and she said their company will not do that. I asked if they held their drivers accountable for anything, she said they are at the mercy of short staffed drivers. I literally had professional self-employed, bonded, drivers that could do this for them. She was just annoyed and said how she couldn't sit there and deal with me and offered me a refund. I said I wanted what I paid for! I have waited this long, it shouldn't be much longer, right? Wrong! She gave absolutely no solution, hope, time frame, nothing! Being this was the 3rd time I called in, and the other two men didn't even call me back, I assumed everything was as they said. Wrong again! Their products are nice but WAY PRICEY and any customer should not be treated this way. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND unless they have it in the showroom. BRING YOUR OWN PICKUP!! I'll update post if anything changes but I and my family may be eating off my floor for Christmas thanks to these people.

Every 20 minutes or so a new row comes out and everyone waits patently till the last tray rolls into position and Go! Great fun digging for treasure at $1.69 per pound! Glassware is 50 cents, and if it's breakable, it glassware. Plus their furniture is awesome, and each day they lower the price. $20, $15, down to $3, $1 until it goes. I stalk items, checking back until they hit my 'gotta buy this' threshold. Such a nice pleasant professional staff too, This is a hobby for me, I spend 30 minutes doing surface mining and you just never know what you might need.

Absolutely unfair. They won't even ask for witnesses or anything instead they'll just look at their camera and take someone else's word over yours. It's a good thing that the court system doesn't react this way with people.. When you ask for the district manager's phone number, the people working at the Goodwill bins will give you a phone number that leads to a message machine and no one ever calls me back. This place has no security. Crack heads do as they wish and they harrass good shoppers. Management is horrible because they are never on the sales floor. The employees at the Goodwill harass the younger kids, a lot more than the adults when they are shopping. The managers fill up shopping carts, one hour before the store opens . They take the best items that they can find off the sales floor so they can sell it somewhere else. That's probably the only time you really see the managers unless they are being called to the front . If you're thinking about going to the store, hide all your valuables don't leave it in the carts. I am a disabled vet and I got kicked out of that store just for preventing somebody from causing me harm . When I did shop there, my back would start to hurt as well as my knees and they have chairs everywhere but when you try to sit in them, they look at you like you're a child and tell you to get up . It's actually funny because they let their cashiers sit in a chair if they want. Meanwhile, if you're leaning up against a Goodwill bin the cashier has the nerve to tell you not to lean on it while he is sitting on his butt.. do better Goodwill. The store manager has no communication skills doesn't ask you your side of the story and will just kick you out if you are trying to protect yourself from a violent crackhead . The store used to be a great store to hang out with friends and shop, but because the manager does not provide security or sales people on the floor to prevent fights or arguments this place can be very dangerous. I repeat very unsafe and dangerous environment! Do better goodwill. The name is Goodwill not badwill so please be goodwill and stop being badwill and kick out the shoppers that are actually starting the problem not the shoppers that are trying to shop peacefully. I've been shopping at this store for years along with other friends and family, and I have never had any problems in this store and once I try to defend myself, I get kicked out. Thanks for kicking out a honorable veteran who served this country in Iraq during a time of war.. So the store manager will not kick out the person who gets in your face and yells at you and causes the problems but when that person gets in your face and you defend yourself, you get kicked out. If you are a veteran and you have mental health issues, I don't recommend going to this establishment because they do not cater to people with disabilities . This includes people with walking disabilities or any disabilities.. they have all these broken used chairs but if you sit in one you're gonna get kicked out. Awesome job goodwill. Management in the store picks and chooses who they want to kick out. I reported that a customer was harassing me and other customers mostly young kids and I had witnesses and goodwill did absolutely nothing. I suffer from severe mental health issues because of my time in the military and now I can't even shop at the goodwill in salem. Shameful. Shame on the female store manager who kicks out disabled military veterans. I'm glad I protected this country so that you could kick us American heroes/veterans out of the store. Good job goodwill management. Keep treating those crackheads special and keep kicking out disabled civilians as well as disabled veterans. I'm sure that one day it will cost you a lot of money..

I ordered 3 gallons of paint and chose a color from the Home Depot app, but when I got the paint home and started to apply it on a wall.....well, it was definitely NOT the color I wanted. (*Never buy paint from a color app. Colors are not the same.) I went back to Home Depot, hoping they could change the shade or something since there are no refunds for tinted paint. Angela was amazing. She was super kind and helped me find the right shade I was originally looking for. Angela even talked to the manager, and I was able to get a refund for the all the cans that had the wrong shade of paint. Larry was awesome, too. Both Angela and Larry worked together to mix the right shade of paint I needed.. The employees will admit that they "don't have the best system" and can't seem to get to the screens they need to help answer questions. In other news, their repairs are only temporary and they try to upsell to new systems even though they putting the older system. We've used them for way too long but there just isn't anyone else in town to do the job. At the end of this transaction the worker was nice enough use his hand truck to take the chemicals out to the car.
